MIAMI HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

I liked their responsiveness, pricing and attention to detail. I also liked their respect for my home when they were in it; that is a big thing for me. They are very timely on coming out and are very neat and clean. I have had them out to take care of a propane line in my fireplace and I had them out for my geothermal system --very few people work on those. They are very respectful and very aware of my time when setting an appointment. They also were very good about being punctual and very available when I have the time to be at my home, obviously, since I am working. They have worked around my schedule and do excellent quality work at a very fair price. They were very impressive.  

Very responsive and able to diagnose and resolve the problem very quickly. We are very pleased with our transactions with Miami Heating & Air Conditioning. One caution...there are three companies in the area that have similar names!

I called Miami Heating and Air Conditioning Co. at approximately 9:30 in the morning. This was my first time using the Angie's List service, and I decided to try this company after reviewing their evaluations. Tom said he had another job, but could be there within a half hour to check out my furnace. I explained the furnace was operating, but the air was not blowing through. They arrived within the half hour and determined the circuit board was bad. Tom asked if the furnace was still under warranty and I said it wasn't. He said he could go and pick up a new circuit board and come back to replace it. When they returned with the new part, he informed me it was still under warranty(he checked this on his own). I was thrilled at this news and the part was replaced within 45 minutes! I am so glad I joined Angie's List, as I never would have thought of calling this company. I will definitely use Miami Heating & Air Conditioning again! Great service!!

I was referred by a family member and mutual friend. Miami Heating and A/C have a very quick service. They were there within a couple of days and had a reasonable price. He was very friendly and explained exactly what was going on in layman's terms.
