Didn't excellent job. Hire do them to come bi-weekly and have been very pleased.

Sometimes one or two person came out. I was not overall pleased with them that much. They use to come here three hours then my neighbor tells me that only one person came out for 1 hour. Sometimes times they work hard and sometimes they don't.

A one time cleaning for 2 hours on specific areas of our home. The 3 girls were very thorough. I will use them again. Very pleasant to have around

They have cleaned here for around 6.5 years and I've had  problems for a long time. At first the cleaning was done professionally, but the good cleaners went on to college and the newer ones are just plain lazy, dusting the centers of the venetian blinds (not the two edges) leaving cobwebs at the bottom of stand-alone book cases (close to the floor), frequently not even dusting underneath the bookcases on wooden floors, mopping only the center of rooms, never by the baseboards, etc. I complained repeatedly and things would get a bit better for one cleaning, returning however, to the sloppy jobs, I have since replaced them and wish I had done it sooner.

They are supposed to wipe down the tile, but I want it actually cleaned. They don't pull anything out, like the garbage can. They also don't do a very good job of mopping.

The person who came was prompt but not thorough. I usually had two people but this time only one. I would have rather them told me that they couldn't do it that to do a bad job. Just too quick and not very good for the money. Floors cleaned but not well. Things partly dusted.

They weren t really satisfactory. They did break my Trojan pendulum of my mantel clock just by moving the clock without locking the pendulum. There was no need to move the clock to begin with and they should have asked me before moving it. The clock is still not fixed. We weren t much impressed by their cleaning job. The main problem is that we just want somebody to come once in every 3 weeks or once a month to dust and do the surface stuff, but for them it has to be at least 2 weeks and they are not inexpensive. They were prompt, they came out when they said they would.

They are a great company and do a thorough job cleaning the house. They are very professional and are non intrusive. It's been a great service for us. We will continue to use them.

The first time they did a great job they were here for about 3 hours. Every time after the time they spent here was less and less. They also sent out different people each time, which I was not comfortable with. The time they spent here dwindled down to 1 to 1.5 hours, and that was not acceptable for me.

The teams sent to clean the house each week can vary slightly, but all the employees are very friendly and pleasant. They efficiently get the house tidy and always leave me with a smile on my face. The time they arrive during the day can vary a little, but they have always come on the day they are supposed to.

MERRY MAIDS CREW WAS VERY HELPFUL AND DID A GREAT JOB!!!! THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I THOUGHT I WOULD GET. THEY WERE VERY THROUGH AND CLEANED SO WELL. THEY STAFF WAS PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. THE PRICE WAS GOOD AS WELL.

THEY EVEN CALLED TO ASK IF THEY COULD COME EARLIER IN THE DAY! THEY DIVIDED THE WORK AND WERE ABLE TO FINISH OUR 2 BEDROOM CONDO IN ABOUT AN HOUR.

JERRY AND COMPANY WERE VERY FLEXIBLE AS WE ORIGINALLY SCEDULED THEM TO CLEAN A RENTAL PROPERTY. THE TENANT ACTUALLY CLEANED THE PROPERTY SO JERY SENT HIS CREW TO OUR HOUSE AND THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, HARD WORKERS WHO IMPRESSED MY WIFE.

TWO EMPLOYEES EACH TIME; EFFICIENT, ON TIME, PLEASANT, THOROUGH (I PICK UP & STRAIGHTEN PRIOR TO THEIR ARRIVAL).

I HAVE REGISTERED COMPLAINTS WITH THE COMPANY AND WRITTEN A LETTER EXPRESSING MY DISSATISFACTION. WHILE THEY ARE WILLING TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO RE-CLEAN, THIS IS NOT CONVENIENT FOR ME OR EFFECTIVE IN ADDRESSING THE PROBLEM. FOR THE MONEY IT SHOULD BE DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
