They're family owned. They have excellent service. I told them to do what they need to do and that it needed to be good. They could have ripped me off, but as it turned out they didn't have to add anything to it. They just took the fluids off and replaced the bumper. That was the most expensive thing, it was like $700. They had to order it and paint it and everything, but they did the body work there and didn't have to take it somewhere else. They checked everything. They could have easily said anything, but they didn't. They're just excellent people. I wanted the car in tip top shape. I've been going here for about 10-15 years.

They do my auto body work too, if any work needs to be done. They are really good.

I've used Meinkings for a few years. I needed a flat bed for my other car and they were the ones I went with if I were ever in need. Had them do a repair once and it was done same day. With my new car, however, I do not need a flatbed but I still call them. Unfortunately, they were unable to get the work I needed done in a reasonable amount of time so I had them take the car to another shop. They handled the transfer promptly and professionally. 

They work on your car and you easily pick it up. I would use them again.

They are very honest, reasonably priced - comparable to others and someone you can always rely on.

They are trustworthy and they don do things or they don’t identify things that don’t need to be done to do just to make money of me which is why I go all the way from east gate over there to have automobile mechanic work done. I have been using them for years and the people over there are friendly and professional and a good combination of those two I would say. In terms of price they are probably a little better than average and all those people are so expensive.

I purchased replacement lights for my Saturn 2001 rear, driver side brake light.

My car would not start, even after trying to jump it ourselves, so I called to request a tow to my dealership. They arrived promptly, navigated my very tight street carefully and delivered my car to the dealership as stated.

They are honest; they will tell me what is wrong. They are good at diagnosing the problem. They offer more than one suggestion on how to remedy the problem. I will continue to use them again in the future

I called first thing in the morning to have my car towed from a public parking garage to the dealership. Phone was answered immediately, and I was told the wait would be about an hour. The driver called when he was near, which was about 45 minutes after my call and met me at the garage. He physically pushed the car out of the garage to where his truck could access it and was very careful in loading it onto the truck. Took about 15 minutes overall. The driver was familiar with the location of the dealership and unloaded the car there. He was friendly and courteous.

They were over an hour late but were polite and apologetic when they arrived. I like the fact that they tow using a flatbed truck. We gave them the keys to give to the dealership when they dropped it off and the process went smoothly.

THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THE TIMELY MANOR IT WAS PERFORMED WAS EXCELLENT. CALLING TO GET THE APPOINTMENT AND GETTING THE APPOINTMENT HAPPENED EXACTLY WHEN I NEEDED IT.
