It went very well. They scheduled everything at my convenience and were attentive to detail. I had an old system up and wasn't sure if they would need to re-wire it or not. The old system didn't work but I wasn't sure whether the wiring was good or not. They tested everything and  the wiring was not good. When they pulled it through you could see where a little squirrel or something had partially chewed through the old wires. They completely re-wired everything through the attic and set the cameras to the views that I wanted and installed 3 extra cameras for me. It was quite a complicated job, that an ameteur would not have been able to figure out. I was very impressed. They set up everything and installed the data base on the computer for me. They, left detailed instructions and made sure that I could operate everything beore they left and left me their contact information in case I had questions. They were courteous and professional.
They only charged $300.00 but I insisted on giving them a litte extra because I felt that the job was well worth it.
I will definietly use them again.
