Awful. From the beginning they measured the area incorrectly. This was easily foreseen and brought to their attention. A 4 or 5 day job turned into a 17 day job. Completely misrepresented delay as my problem because the furniture was too heavy or I had not complied with moving stuff off top of furniture in order to be paid by Costco. In fact I hired a friend to move all material. When on wed I brought up that my non professional eye did not see how there was possibly enough. In fact on Friday they were 157 sq ft short. Salesman said they had it in stock. They did not. They ordered it and it came in on the following Wednesday. They said they would get around to it on Tuesday. My place was unlivable as well as I maintain an office at home. Through much "discussion" they agreed to put it together for Monday. Again on Monday 1 workmen was there while normally there were 2. It was a different guy so I inquired if he knew where all the furniture would be going when it was done. He said that was not his job. He refused to do the work until salesman talked to him and insist that I sign a release. With little choice I signed it. I appealed the work to Costco and they fabricated facts so they would get paid for the work. I paid them over $13,000.

They installed the flooring with no problems. They cleaned up as they went. Moved some furniture. We were very pleased and would hire them again
