I've got 30 years worth of happy customers enjoying some part of their home more because we designed it together for an outstanding improvement. There is 1 employee in my company and that's me. Trust me, I get plenty of quality work done in a day. I only use subcontractors rarely, but when I do they are very qualified. I have no service fees and estimates are free.
