Mcgee Heating & Air Conditioning LLC

Terry Mcgee is very professional and is good at his job. This was not our 1st experience with Mr Mcgee. I planned a surprise birthday party for my husband's 60th birthday and our air conditioning was not working. Terry came to our rescue. Terry is best. He is not only our HVAC professional, he's a friend.

Terry was very friendly and professional. He came at the agreed upon time and was great with our young children. His pricing was very affordable and fair - he didn't try to upsell us on anything and there was no trip fee! McGee is our new go-to for any HVAC work!

Prompt response and arrived quickly to my home.

He was courteous. Everything you would need him to do he did. He was very reasonably priced for the duct work he did in my basement. He always services my heating and air. I'd definitely recommend him.

I have been using them for a while. They have done several things for me. I think highly of the man. He is very kind and very friendly. He is prompt. I like him. One time he repaired something for me, it was still under warranty and they got the part free. I thought for taking it out and putting it back again -- for the little time he was there -- it was just too high.

They are very good to work with. They have great customer service and follow up. I have been using them for years.

They were too busy to take on any new work. They also never returned any of our repeated phone calls.

I am very pleased with the service received from McGee Heating and Cooling.  The central air system in our home was blowing but the air was not cooling off the house.  I called Terry and he came out that same day and all we needed was coolant.  He also explained why the price increased and advised that we start saving for a new system since ours was over 15 years old and coolant that is used for it will not be available in a few years from now.  Also, the next day, I accidentally turned off the heat pump and Terry came back to my house, figured out what I did and fixed it!  Terry McGee is wonderful and I will always use him and his company for our heating and cooling needs.

Called McGee Heating on a Friday night and I explained the furnace wasn't working and asked if someone could look at it  by Monday evening.

Terry McGee said they'd be at our house the next morning. Two workers arrived Saturday morning. They replaced the combination fan and limit control.  The furnace was running fine.

Later that night, the furnace was blowing cold air again.  I called McGee Heating and spoke to Terry.  I asked if they could come out and look at it again, by Monday evening.  He said he'd be right over.

Terry came over and determined the thermostat heat/cool switch was bad and replaced it with a new thermostat.

The furnace has been working fine ever since.

I never used them to install a new generator like I had planned, because they never got back to me with price estimates.  They said they were putting the estimates in the mail.  I never received the estimates and I called them three times.  They were unresponsive.

Terry is phenomenal; he's the best. We had water all over our floor and I couldn't get hold of my husband so I called Terry and they were here in 5 minutes. It might not have had anything to do with them but they were here within 5 minutes. When you really need them, they will be there. We’ve used them for years and will continue.

They are great. I have never used them before. I called on a Sunday and they came right over that same day. I would recommend them to anyone.

He does the work and does it right, we don't have to look over his shoulder. They are professional people and do a professional job. We have used him for years.
