We've used McCarthy's Home Services for years. Their employees have always been professional when they come into our home. I love walking in to a fresh clean house after a long day at work! They have always been great with my dogs and my family too. I highly recommend themn the McCarthy's will take good care of you!

It was about $25 a visit, depending on the hours, I used them a couple of hours. I grade them an ?A? for the service, for house cleaning. But, they don?t do everything, they don?t do appliance cleaning or they don?t do carpet cleaning. You have to ask them separately or they will refer you to someone else.
We ask for one worker, it takes a couple of hours. They are very punctual, and duty oriented, the quality of the work is good.

This went pretty well. They were planning on leaving before the 4 hours although there was still some stuff that could have been cleaned. I had to ask them to stay the entire 4 hours

They did excellent job! I couldn't have been more pleased. They were very thorough and very efficient with their time! I was amazed at everything they were able to accomplish in two hours. They couldn't have been nicer or more professional. I'd definitely recommend this business and will use them again.

McCarthy's is highly rated so I as hopeful that we would have a good experience. We used them to conduct the first initial cleaning where they deep clean everything. The first cleaning was good - I was happy with the level of detailing. Then we had subsequent services where I was not happy. I live in a 6000 sq foot house, so I would expect that at least 2-3 people would come to clean the house. They actually sent one person to clean the entire home and as you would expect, she was not able to do a thorough job. We had crumbs/food under the kitchen table from dinner the night before still there after the cleaning. The bathroom floors weren't touched... it was bad. I sent a note to the owner saying I was unhappy and didn't even get the courtesy for a note back. I would not recommend.

"I just wanted to reply to this review. I just called and left Ms. [Member Name Removed] a voicemail message for her to call me. I believe she has us confused with another company. We have only been out to her home one time and that was on January 28th of this year - after she purchased two hours of cleaning through Angie's List. We have not been contacted from her and have not been out for cleaning since that time. I am hopeful she will contact me soon and we can resolve this, so that this review will come off our company and go to the correct one. Because what she is describing is bad business, and that is not how we operate."

Went very well. The ladies--Nicole and Tanya--arrived on time and did a thorough job. They're very pleasant. They're coming back for the next monthly cleaning later in April.

I had already paid for the service before I read all the limitations of the service which came after the payment. The word "Detail" in the coupon is not reality. It is 6 man hours. So once the man hours are done they leave whether the job is finished. Since I didn't watch the pair, I didn't know how much effort they put in. I was also disappointed in the fact that I had to mop my kitchen floor over again because whatever they used, was sticky. To make matter worse I have to send them an addition 14$ tax.

I am very sorry that you didn't have a good experience with the cleaning. The team of two that cleaned your home are very detailed. They were sending me pictures (which I have saved on my phone) of the home throughout the day and asking how to handle cleaning certain areas of your home. There are certain things that we don't do (carpet cleaning, removal of animal droppings, etc.). They stayed the six labor hours, and cleaned the inside of your refrigerator. Unfortunately some homes take much more time to get it "clean". You could have paid an hourly rate for the team to stay or for us to come back another day to finish. When you had called and we set up the appointment you said that your home had not been cleaned in a very long time.
