Exceptional service. The Technician - Brandon - systematically went over every part of our home . . . all floors swept and wet mopped. Stairs to second flood hand swept and washed. Walk-in shower with glass doors were immaculate when he was done. Some things I would not have considered for cleaning - - - does anyone polish their chrome toaster? He took his time and did everything right. I could not be more pleased.

McCarthy's cleaning services have performed biweekly house cleaning for us for almost 12 years. Needless to say, after that many years, we are happy with the quality of cleaning we receive as well as the overall experience. I have found that the owners, as well as the technicians, are responsive to any schedule changes or specific requests that I may have. I feel they genuinely understand the value of customer satisfaction. They regularly request feedback about the service to make sure they are doing the best job for me. My technician Lisa, is professional, efficient and very thorough when cleaning our 2 story home (that includes a dog that sheds a lot!). The bathrooms (especially the shower doors) are spotless, as well as the rest of the house. Would recommend their services.

They do an amazing job! We use them for our monthly cleaning and have also used them for a deep clean when we listed our house for sale. They are super-flexible and great at working around your scheduled/ needs. We have had many different team members do our cleaning, they have all do a great job

Our cleaning schedule is irregular but you always work with me to schedule a date that works. Lisa always comes on time and gets right to work thoroughly cleaning our bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, livingroom/dining room and everything inbetween. We like seeing her happy face show up and her willingness to complete all the special instructions of the day.

Great! Really like the service and the way they handle business. With cleaning it is always hard to get every detail, and we have a very large house, so sometimes a thing gets missed here or there, thus the B on quality. If they got everything, i probably would not want to pay the extra it would cost to get everything... I also really like the way that they are open to "focus areas" in the cleaning, so if there is a detail that you want cleaned you can feel comfortable asking for it.

The worker arrived on time and went straight to work. I was particularly impressed with the way she cleaned the main bathroom as well as how she cleaned the wood floors throughout my house. Once she was done, all I needed to do was put fresh linens on my guest beds and I was ready to receive my visitors! Thanks for the great service and I look forward to the next time.

Not well. I hire them upon readying excellent reviews from Angie's List to clean my niece's 1900sq ft house. I was going to hire them to clean my house but after the experience did not. The owner came to both my and my niece's house to go over everything and give a price. I was told that they would stay until clean completely that the first time was not based on hours. I even offered for them to come twice (and pay twice) but she assured me that was not necessary. A high priority for someone cleaning my house is that they a re trustworthy. Two people arrived to clean -one was very very young -the other older I was told the younger one was "In training" I left them in the house alone and returned 2 hours later to find the older person sitting and having coffee and not working. When going through the house I told the owner that the cleaning mechanism on the stove was not working and she assured me that they would clean both the stove and frig for which I paid extra. The work was not good and they did not clean the stove or frig not even the counters or top of the stove. When I complained to the owner she said she would have them return but I did not trust the people and just let it go as she was not willing to send new cleaners. It was expensive and I would rather pay a little more and get a good job and trust people in my house but that did not happen. it was superficial cleaning at best.

Excellent! They arrived on time with two cleaners for the initial cleaning. They toured the house with my wife and myself and asked questions about how we wanted certain things cleaned and areas we didn't need cleaned (e.g. unused spare bedrooms). They were very thorough and professional.

The service turned out really good. I have a three bed room two bath ranch and one of their people can get it done in two hours. In the bathroom they are on their hands and knees, they do a great job.
