Called for an estimate after finding them on the web. Received estimate within 48 hours and I didn't even realize that they had been there, which was nice because I was selling my home and very busy at the time. After I called to commit to the work, they came by within a few days and would have just left the bill for me in my mailbox, but I happened to be there that day and spoke with the owner. Very nice guy, did a great job. Very fast, low fuss and I appreciated that I didn't have to be there at a certain time especially for work that is all outdoor. I think their only "negative" is that they could modernize their website and communication a little bit so that it conveys a higher level of confidence upfront. I wasn't quite sure what I would get, but was very pleasantly surprised. I will use them on my new home for sure.

The first time was a deep clean which Trina the owner did on her own and she did a great job. Afterwards the quality was pretty good on most days but she didn't always have help. I would leave a note every time to let them know if there was anything special I wanted them to concentrate on but apparently they were not used to having these notes left. I sometimes left coupons that I couldn't use for small kids etc. with these notes as they had small children. They felt I was always criticizing them by leaving the notes - this I found out a week and half ago when they were due to clean the house and they left me a note and my key saying they couldn't clean my house anymore. They did not give me any notice and they did it on the day they were to clean after I set the linens etc. out. There were many times when I did ask them to dust certain areas and it wasn't done. Some areas were always missed like the pictures in the foyer. They did not offer to come back and clean missed areas.
