TECHNICIANS SHOWED UP PROMPTLY TO MEASURE EARLIER IN PROCESS. CARPET ORDERED IN ON TIME. SAVED MONEY BY AVOIDING PRICE INCREASE SINCE KNEW DATE OF THAT(APRIL 18TH). GREAT PRICE! WORKERS EXPLAINED STRATEGY SO KNEW WHICH OF TWO ROOMS WOULD BE DONE FIRST AND HOW MUCH SEAMING REQUIRED. TIMING ALSO EXPLAINED COMPLETELY. CLEANUP WAS THOROUGH AND JOB LOOKS VERY PROFESSIONAL. WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

WE SAVED SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS BY HIM SAYING HE COULD LEVEL GOOD EXISTING FLOOR AND ALSO SAVED TIME. OTHER VENDOR WANTED TO JUST ADD LUAN BOARD SUB-FLOOR DRIVING UP COST AND CAUSING THE NEED TO ADJUST DOORS, THRESHOLDS, ETC. DID A GOOD JOB OF DUST CONTROL VIA PLASTIC SHEETING. HE IS A PERFECTIONIST AND WITH ONE OF THE BEST FIRMS I HAVE EVER USED IN 30 YEARS OF PROJECTS. NO REWORK ON MY PART. MARTIN ALSO ITEMIZED THE WORK SO I COULD SAVE MONEY BY DOING THE MOLDING BY MYSELF AND SEEING THE LINE ITEM COSTS FOR THAT WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE. GOOD PRICE TOO.
