Mark Lewis Precision Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I own an apartment building and will never use anyone else. I've tried other's in the past, and even bought a carpet cleaning machine, but after using Mark I see that I was just wasting time and money.

I have used them for years. He does an excellent job. I never had a problem with anything he has ever done. He always goes above and beyond to clean any spots that I have. I will use them again in the future.

He is always very customer service oriented. He always sends a Christmas card. He aims to please and I fully trust him.

We have three dogs and there is no odor. He does an excellent job and there isn't anything that I would change. I have been using him for so long that I can always get an appointment, and I think he is really thorough.

Their price is most reasonable. They also do carpet cleaning for my sister-in-law too who is 82. They are very personable guys.

He also does my neighbor's. He does a wonderful job. He got out some ink stains and he got out some red nail polish from an off white carpet. He is polite and very courteous. He comes right on time and he does a great job every time. He doesn't try to oversell us with scotchguard and all that stuff. We've used him for about three years and he does a wonderful job.

I woke up to a complete mess. Dog got into a stash of chocolate and got sick all over! Mark was able to squeeze us in and got rid of it all! He is very knowledgeable and even gave advice on new carpet! He was a life saver! The place we bought our carpet recommended him. They use him all the time.

My overall experience was very good. He was very thorough. He took a long time in a good way. He spent a lot of time cleaning my carpet. The amount I spent was what he had estimated. I would use him again in the future.

I wasn't sure if the carpet in my new home was salvageable with all the stains and traffic, but Mark did an excellent job getting up all the stains including rust, ground in cigarette ashes and grease. The process only took a couple hours since there was no furniture in the house. The carpet looked brand new by the time he was finished.

He does a great job. I have never had a problem getting scheduled for the work. He always prompt and shows up on time. The carpets look good after he is finished and I recommend him.

Mark is very professional and does a very thorough job. He does everything requested and then some. He is quick in responding to my call for service and works very efficiently.

It went extremely well, as expected. Mark knows what he is doing and gets to it. He is personable and impeccable in his professional appearance and demeanor. Not only did he do an excellent job on the carpets we requested, but he also helped out by cleaning up some grease stains in my office carpet. He is very respectful of your furniture and property and makes sure everything is out of the way before proceeding.
