Left vertical sewer cleanout plugoff for almost a week !! leaked out in garage, sewer all over floor and did not clean up. NEVER HIRE THIS CLOWN

Mark was a lifesaver! He was quick to respond to my phone calls, and understood my desire to get the shelving removed asap because that needed to be done before I could paint the rooms and have my floors refinished. He priced the job and even though he was very busy with a large project in Norwood, he worked me into his very busy schedule and would come over after a full day's work in Norwood. We thought the shelves were just screwed into the walls, but it turned out they were also glued, which caused a lot more damage to the walls than we had imagined. Mark never missed a beat; he tore out all the shelving, hauled it away, and proceeded to repair the walls. Obviously the job was going to take more time than we originally thought, but that was not his fault. He returned to put another coat on the wall patching, and then removed the shower doors and carpeting. He returned again to sand the walls. He was very meticulous about getting the walls as perfect as he could. He does things the way he would do at his own home. It was a pleasure having Mark work in my new house. He is friendly, easy-going, and never blinked when I would throw another little job at him. Although I was there for all of his visits, I would have no qualms about having him work in my house when I wasn't home. ( I also needed some plumbing done in my kitchen and he brought in a plumber who does a lot of work for him; the work was great and reasonably priced also). I have seen a lot of contractors work, but I don't think I've ever seen anyone work this hard or fast. He's personable, honest, and a very interesting guy to talk to. He really went out of his way to help me out in a jam, and I will call on him again for my handyman needs. I am also going to have him take care of my lawn mowing; that's his main focus in spring, summer and fall, although he said he does some handyman work during slow mowing times. I highly recommend Mark's Services!

I told him I was listing my house the next day and he worked me into his busy schedule. Fixed it very quickly and inspected another outlet.

WE have use Mark for several years and he is a true professional and very hard worker. He has earned an excellent reputation in our neighborhood and I can't think of anyone that hasn't been happy.

It was time to have a new deck stained so we decided to have the three older decks power washed and stained also. One deck is really old and looked awful; it had stairs that were in bad shape. Railings on another deck were loose.
I called Mark at Mark's Services. Mark came right out. He looked at the decks and we discussed what needed to be done. He gave me an estimate for the job. We considered the estimate fair and reasonable for the scope of work that needed to be done.
Mark completed the work in a very timely manner. He did not leave any mess.
We are very satisfied with the way the decks look. Mark made the really old deck look new!

Over all the experience with Mark was very pleasant and we look forward to working with him again in the future.xcroft

He's like an artist with a paint brush. He's converting the trim from dark to white. And he did my walls. It's a beautiful job. Pricing is very reasonable, he's a perfectionist.
