His communication was very good while we were building it. He was good about returning calls during the building process. For the most part the quality was decent on the house. The biggest problem was that the house wasn't quite done when we had to close on it. Once he was paid, it was torture to try get him to get things finished and when they were finished the quality was poor. It was an unusual house and he was capable of building it.
