Marc provided excellent service. He returned my call the same day and scheduled an in-home service visit. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and took the chassis back to the shop for repair. He made the repair and also checked to see if any other components were beginning to fail, but didn't find anything else that needed replacement. The cost of labor and parts was within the estimate provided, and he did not charge the $75 for the service call because I had the TV repaired. He was polite and personable. The TV was repaired and working perfectly in 3 days.

MARC'S ELECTRONICS DID A GREAT JOB FOR US. AS YOU SAY, IT IS HARD TO GET A FOLLOW-UP CALL FROM HIM, OR EVEN TO GET HIM TO COME AT ALL, SINCE HE IS EXTREMELY BUSY, AND PROBABLY NEEDS TO HIRE MORE HELP IN HIS SHOP. THE OLD OWNER COMES IN TO ANSWER PHONES, AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU HIS HOME PHONE NUMBER AND CELL PHONE NUMBER, BUT IT IS STILL A MATTER OF CALLING AND THEN CALLING AGAIN. WE HAVE AN OLDER MODEL 52" TV THAT WEIGHS ABOUT A TON, AND IT HAS BEEN DIFFICULT FOR US TO FIND TECHNICIANS WHO WOULD MAKE HOUSE CALLS, OR EVEN HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THESE EARLY PROJECTION SETS, SO IT WAS WORTH OUR TIME TO KEEP ON IT FOR SEVERAL DAYS. ONCE HE DID COME AND SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, HE WAS BACK TO DO THE REPAIR IN A TIMELY MANNER. MARC HAS REPAIRED AND CLEANED OUR SET ABOUT THREE TIMES. HIS PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND WE HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK AND EXPERTISE.

THE REPAIR WASN'T COMPLETED QUITE AS SOON AS THEY SAID INITIALLY, AND I HAD TO CALL A FEW TIMES BEFORE I HEARD BACK FROM THEM, BUT THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD.
