The worker arrived on time. Was familiar with the carpeting and upholstery as he had cleaned them before. He was thorough and explained how much time needed for everything to dry. Will use them again.

Everything went really well from first call to set up appointment through entire process.  Appointment was set up and a call came the day before to confirm time, etc.  Tom came on time and answered our questions about some blinds we wanted added.  He took down all the blinds and cleaned them in the truck.  Then he placed them back on the windows.  Whole procedure took about 2 hours. The cloth and vertical blinds have been hanging for about 15 years without cleaning and they look great now. In fact, all the blinds look like new.  Price was actually lower than we expected.  
Tom was professional as well as personable.  He explained some things to us relative to our blinds both before and after. You could tell he takes pride in his work.
I can't imagine ever cleaning blinds again after this experience.  Well worth the money spent. And would definitely use Blinds  Brite again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. There were no additional charges. He did what we expected him to do at that price and we were happy with what they did. It was the first time we have used them. There were no issues.

This is the second time I have used this company. They call to set up an appointment and they arrive on time, as promised. They come equipped to handle any situation. They never ask to borrow ladders, etc. Their truck is equipped with everything needed to clean the blinds.
They actually do the service while we are open and operating and they never interrupt our office environment. Plus, the blinds are sparkling clean.
This is a great service and we will continue to have them return when needed.

Our family room carpet is light colored and so heavily trafficked areas are more than obvious. The carpet was cleaned last week but discoloration was still visible. Rather than have the same company come back, I called Cawood Flooring (from whom we bought the carpeting) to ask for their recommendation and were told Magna Dry.
The lady who took my call was thorough and scheduled a rep to come out to examine the carpet and give us an estimate. He arrived as scheduled and was able to schedule us for later in the week. We got a call asking if the cleaner could come earlier in the day which was fine. He did an excellent job, removing the stains and now the carpet looks almost as good as new. Magna Dry will be our carpet cleaner from now on. The price was comparable to other companies we've used and the result was certainly better.

The carpet cleaning was quick and dried quickly.  Everything was fine.

They did an excellent job on this braided rug, just like they had done on three Karastan's I had taken to them in the past.  This one was probably the dirtiest of all of them, to date.  Again, they did an excellent job and they were not upset when it took me longer to pick it up than usual due to my work schedule!  That was very impressive to me.

They arrived on time.  The carpet was spot cleaned then overall cleaned.  We were very happy with the finished results.

We have used Magna Dry for several years.  The service and quality is always good.  The world is full of carpet cleaners, so we would not be a long time repeat customer if we were not pleased with what they do.

The technician was on time, was careful bringing in his equipment and did the entire living and dining area without even scaring the cat.  Afterward the carpeting looked almost new and dried quickly.  I wish I would have had the other rooms cleaned as well.  He also left me a small spray bottle of cleaning solution for spots.  It did such a great job that I ordered a gallong off the internet.

Have been using for almost 15 years.  Not sure of pricing since we are last of contract users who paid monthly for services twice a year.  Dry cleaning may be a bit more expensive but I consider it worth the money.  Carpeting in my house is 22 years old and still no worn spots. Only down side is slight odor of cleaning fluid which dissipates rather quickly.  Floors are dry in 2 to 3 hours.  Never a problem with anyone associated with the Company.  We always ask for Dion.  He does a great job.  Our experience has been they do not push all the ginger bread extras, like the phoney "Scotchguard"...maybe its just us, because they have been here over 40 times

Over all, this has been one of the best service experiences of my 27 years in the USA.
This provider is truly customer oriented - and as we keep preaching "customer is king" - these guys have taken this to heart, and I for one really appreciate this.

The project too approximately two hours, the carpets dried within the same same day allowing us to enjoy fresh, clean living.  The gentlemen who performed the cleaning each time (three different operators) were well mannered and hardworking.  The carpets were clean, smelled great, and dried within four hours.

Excellent, spots were removed and carpets cleaned. Finish product they looked brand new... The one person crew was professional and efficient.

They did a great job. Arrived on time, moved the furniture that needed moving, and made two heavily soiled carpets look brand new again. Both dried quickly, too.

Joel arrived on time and did an outstanding job. He was polite and professional and did not try to sell me more services than I wanted. My carpets and upholstery had not been cleaned for years and I was skeptical that cleaning could restore the appearance. I was pleasantly surprised at the results. The carpet in the living room is about 15 years old and looks almost brand new after cleaning and so does the upholstery. Highly recommend Magna Dry and will definitely call them again when needed.

It was good. They were prompt and their process was very thorough. There were a couple of spots that they were able to get up and they have not reappeared. It was a different kind of cleaning than I have had done before, but the carpet dried very quickly as advertised.

The technician was very honest and told me that not all the stains would come out. He was professional, and courteous. The carpet turned out better than I expected and it was dry the next day. The smell was eliminated.
