Danny and his assistant knew exactly what steps required. Removed old and installed new built in microwave and even hauled the old one away! Very reasonable and professional.

Great experience. No one likes to spend money and when they do, they expect value and service. Danny delivered !! Replaced my water heater. Danny called gave me a price. We discussed options for different water heaters. I wanted to go a little more than basic replacement. Danny advised me on a unit the he was familiar with that offered great quality at a good price. I accepted his price which I considered very fair. Came out, did the installation. Didnâ t change up any pricing or play any games when he got here. Did the job as promised, as quoted, and was in and out. Excellent communication. Showed up on time. Went to work and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. VERY SATISFIED !! Asked him to quote another project before he left. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

They were quick to respond and very knowledgeable about the issue. Explained the issue and solution in layman terms and was able to resolve it in efficient manner. Danny scheduled a visit very next day while other were taking 3-4 days for scheduling a visit.

Promptly returned phone call, showed up when he said he would and knows what he is doing!

Job was to install a replacement bath fan. I bought the fan. Danny was excellent and on time. Cleaned up perfectly when the job was done and charged what was agree to.

I rarely review the various vendors we use for home projects, but Dan is so incredible. Super fast service, efficient and he doesnâ t waste time. I hired him to replace a water heater and he knocked it out of the park. His price was spot on and Iâ ll be using him again for some additional electrical work. The kicker? About 4 hours after the install, he texted me to make sure everything was working. Wow!

Great company! Water heater was leaking and not functional Monday morning. MAD Renovations (Danny) was at our house by 10:30 and had the new water heater installed around lunch time.

Dan was very knowledgeable and provided prompt service. Dan saved me hundreds over local advertised plumbers in the area.. I am scheduling him for an additional water heater on another property as well as recessed lighting in our kitchen.

Dan was great. We ran into a snaffu with my oven replacement and he came back with the needed assistance and got the job done. I have already recommended him and hope to get his help on more projects.

We searched Angi because we needed a water heater replaced. Just our luck - Dan called and asked us to send pictures. He then called me back and walked me through my options and told me he could come out on a Holiday Monday. He showed up on time, completed the work quickly and efficiently, hauled away the old water heater, then took the time to go over everything with me. I have several other projects around the house and will be reaching out for electrical, plumbing, and deck work. He is amazing and fairly priced - he will not try to upsell or overcharge!

Danny was excellent in terms of communication and scheduling. He was able to replace my water heater the next day. Everything was done very quickly and they were courteous about cleaning up afterwards. Would definitely recommend them to others.

After he replaced water heater he came back two weeks later to replace old water softener and worn out faucets and shower head.

Excellent!!!! We'd give 10 stars if we could. He arrived exactly when he said he would and had it installed in no time. He gave us a couple options but didn't pressure us to go with the more expensive option. He cleaned up everything and was done earlier than estimated. The price was very fair. We would have been willing to pay more for someone with high ratings like he has, but we didn't have to!

I sent my project request in around 1130am and he called me back at 12:30. Scheduled my installation for 4-5 same day. He called back again to say he finished early at his other appointment and wanted to come sooner. Arrived around 2:30 and was finished with the dishwasher installation around 4. I would give him a 10 if the system would allow it!! Will definitely be using again in the future.
