Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting in Cincinna

Whatever you do, do not go to this Maaco. I bought a brand new hood for my Jetta from them last summer. They were to paint it to match my black car and install it. Seems like a pretty simple deal for them- and that's what SAM, the owner, promised. 
It took FOUR trips there just to get it presentable. The first three times it had numerous paint bubbles in several sections, no clear coating twice (which I paid for), and awful swirl marks from their orbital paint buffer. It still wasn't even close to being correctly painted or installed, but I could not spend any more time without my vehicle.
The real cost was well above the original estimate. A two-day job took over 30 days to complete, with Maaco having my car for about two weeks of that time (a few days here and there). The hood was improperly installed. The wiper nozzles were broken and literally taped to the inner hood with masking tape (lasted a day). And to top it all off, they removed my auto manuals - with all my service records- from the glove box and denied ever seeing them. 
I know there are other details I'm forgetting. But I've tried to forget about this experience as I only get frustrated all over again. I never received any apologies for the delays, all the times I had to reschedule it out there and was without transportation, nor for the terrible work- only lies and excuses every time. 
I promise I'm not exaggerating in any way by saying that this was the least professional company and owner I've dealt with in my entire life. And I have also since spoken with other friends who have been displeased with this Maaco.
I've been in sales/professional services for 25 years so I understand both sides of customer service. And I'm not one to complain. But I could not, in good conscience, let my awful experience go without trying to help others avoid similar results.
