Fine. Mike does great work and is our go to person for all plumbing projects.

Scheduled immediately, came when promised, work done quickly. No issues!

Work was well done. Mike was very friendly and professional. He did the work promptly, while accommodate our schedules. Based on other estimates, the pricing was reasonable. We would have Mike back for other work.

It went very well.  Mike is a professional in every sense of the word.  He has outstanding people skills and loves his job.  He was in and out of the house in a little over 3 hours and worked steadily all the time he was here.  Get Mike while you can before he actually retires. 

Other contractors were asking over $1,000 for the job.

Mr  Petit arrived on time, installed the new parts and cleaned up the area. 

Their work was pretty good.

He is very responsive. He is neighbor. So, I can call him anytime. He does the work very well. His price might be slightly higher than others, though I’ve never compared the price. He is an excellent plumber, who is extremely competent.

My concern is not the work, which seemed okay, but what seems exorbitant cost and some sloppy actions. We were charged 275.00 for about 45 minutes worth of work. He and his son were here. We had him out here a year ago to fix a backed up kitchen sink, which cost $175 at the time and seemed high, but at that time he was the only one here and it took him a couple of hours to do the job and seemed pretty thorough. It was also on a Saturday. He was initially recommended by my parents a year or so ago, but when I spoke with them after our most recent experience they said their last encounter with him seemed outrageous--a total of around $400 for assorted small jobs (leaking faucets, etc.). I was also not happy that they left their rubbish in our trash cans (used latex gloves, etc.). I would think they would haul that out with them. One of them used a box of Borax for some cleaning in the laundry tubs, then left it sitting out with a big smudge mark on it.

I ASKED HIM TO SNAKE THE SHOWER DRAIN (TOOK 10 MINS, TOPS) & THEY FOUND SOME HAIR-NOT ENOUGH TO CAUSE SUCH A PROBLEM, IN MY OPINION. I ASKED MIDWAY WITH ALL THIS IN MY ANGST HOW MUCH THIS WOULD COST; I REMEMBER HIM MUMBLING SOMETHING THAT SEEMED A LITTLE HIGH BUT I WAS TOO FAR INTO THIS TO QUIT. TOTAL COST $665 -TOILET PURCHASE ($120), INSTALLATION (lousy at that) AND SNAKING ONE DRAIN FOR 10 MINS. 1 AND 1-1/2 HRS TOPS, MAYBE LESS. 2 PEOPLE (IS REASON FOR THE BILL BEING SO HIGH; I DID NOT ASK FOR 2 PEOPLE & REALLY, HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES IT TAKE TO INSTALL A TOILET?) THE OTHER PERSON QUITE FRANKLY, STOOD AROUND MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE. ALSO, IN HIS DEFENSE ABOUT THE BILL, I HAD MENTIONED, NOT ASKED THEM TO LOOK AT, THE BASEMENT DRAIN. THEY LOOKED AT IT ANYWAY & DISCOVERED THAT IT HAD BEEN CLOGGED W/ A METAL DISC WHICH THEY REMOVED. 2 SECONDS WORTH. LEAKING FROM THE CEILING CONTINUED. I CALLED ANOTHER CO WHO INVESTIGATED THE PROBLEM AND FOUND IT WAS LEAKING WAS DUE TO AN OLD PIPE
