 + -1 moreMITCH AND RICK AT M&D WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND GREAT TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE WILLING TO GIVE EXTRA ADVICE AND DO ODD JOBS IN THE HOUSE THAT CAME UP, FOR REASONABLE FEES. PRICE WAS COMPARABLE TO OTHER ESTIMATES FOR THE SAME JOB. PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL WORK WERE CONTRACTED OUT. THE PLUMBER WAS GOOD, BUT THE ELECTRICIAN LESS SO. THEY WERE TOO OPTIMISTIC ON THEIR TIME ESTIMATE FOR THE JOB, DUE TO NEED TO COORDINATE WITH PLUMBER AND ELECTRICIAN, BUT WE EXPECTED THIS SO WERE NOT UNHAPPY. OVERALL WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR NEW BATHROOM AND WOULD GLADLY HIRE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: PUT IN A COMPLETE NEW BATHROOM IN AN EXISTING UNFINISHED STORAGE SPACE. WORK INCLUDED; FLOOR AND SHOWER TILE, DRYWALL, HEATER INSTALLATION, SHOWER INSTALLATION, VANITY/SINK AND CABINET, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING WERE INCLUDED IN PRICE, BUT SUB-CONTACTED OUT. PRICE DOESN'T INCLUDE SOME MATERIALS: TOTAL WAS ABOUT $12,000.
