LOWE'S

It was that Friday before Memorial weekend. I was out shopping with my sister and my husband called and told me that. I was like, ?are you kidding!? So, I went to Angie?s List, I called them and I asked, ?could you please email me a plumber?? I guess Lowe?s sub-contracts, I guess that?s what they do. We?ve used them other times, but this particular thing, we?ve never used these people; but for you to just leave and say, ?I can?t do it!? That was very unprofessional. They didn?t even recommend somebody else to maybe come and do the job. You are going to leave us with just one toilet and take one out, say you can?t do it and just leave? I ended up getting my money back immediately. The price that they had quoted, it wasn?t a bad price. I think it was like $500 or maybe $490 or something. It felt like he was ready to get the weekend started and didn't want to deal with what he had to do. The work was not even close to being completed. They just took the one toilet out and said that they couldn?t do anymore. They just stuffed plastic bags down the hole that was left. It was bad, it was really bad! I will give them an "A" for when I called and told them what happened. They were quick to refund the money and to apologize, and they tried to do whatever they could. I didn't want to deal with them anymore when it came to that. They came the time that they said that they would. I would never use them again. I don?t like to use that word ?never?, because you never know!

It was more of a headache then anything. The salesman gave me a price he day he came to my house and give me a quote. A few days later, a better price then called me a week later and said I can not give you the sales price I quoted you and said I have to give it to you at this price. So he gave me 3 different prices.  He had to go with the first price he quoted me since it was in writing. I was told he was new salesman and I was like if he cant get that right then he shouldn't be going to peoples house by himself. They contract it out, to do the work. They scratched up my siding, actually punctured the siding in one spot. I had to go with them to get the siding done. I found out that someone I know is a manager there and I reported everything to him. They did pay me money to get the siding fixed, I should have gone for more money but I just wanted it fixed. It was a big headache. The roof does look very good. I did have to have them come out for a leak on the front porch, they came out no questions asked and fixed it. It was more of a headache then anything dealing with them. I told my friend that works there I will never have lowes do work for me again.

Amazingly well. The order came in sooner than expected, great communication from Lowe's, a few minor problems were remedied immediately, and the price was really good.

I had a few problems with them but they came out and fixed the problem. I saved a little more money with them.

The job went pretty well.  They were there on time and they did what they said they would do.  It has been three weeks and it seems to be fine.  They were fine.  I would definitely use them again in future.  I was really happy with them.  It was a pretty good deal.  They were really good.

The gentleman who installed my blinds was very professional and on time.  The work was done well, I just thought the installation price was a little high.

We decided to go to them based on the manufacturing price.  We checked different places locally.  The salesman was excellent.  He was very good; but he left that department.  We were looking for different colors this time.  We choose the solid wood cabinets.  Overall, we are satisfied with the cabinets.  We used them for the installation; but we will not recommend them for the installation in the Cincinnati area.  They told us not to call them, and they will call us, so we never could contact them directly.  We have the phone number only for the answering service that can try to contact them.  We had quite a bit of difficulty in contacting them.  We were waiting for them to come and setup things.  Some of the things that arrived were incorrect.  We had to order replacements, which meant that some work had to be done on the installation at a later date.  They came out originally in a reasonable period of time, but it was weeks to get them come out and finish.  The lead installer that came for the first time was terrible.  The worst person we have ever had to work in our house.  The whole idea of don't call us, we will call you was very frustrating.  We ended up very satisfied with the installation.  Another guy who came second time for the installation did a good job, and finished the work to our satisfaction.  The owner is the only guy who can make the schedule and decide it, which is completely unacceptable for such a big company.

He did a good job. He was very nice.

Very positive experience. Contractor arrived on time and did great work. Only complaint was waiting in Lowe's to actually schedule the work.

PRICE INCLUDES, HEATER, PERMIT, AND INSTALLATION. THEY WERE THE LOWEST ESTIMATE I HAD RECEIVED, AND THE WHOLE PROCESS WENT SMOOTH.

THEY INSTALLED THE VANITY, BUT IT HAS BEEN 5 WEEKS, AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY FLOORING! THEY ARE VERY BAD AT RETURNING PHONE CALLS.

FIRST COUNTERTOP HAD WRONG PATTERN. SECOND WAS NICKED AND HAD TO BE FIXED. I HAD TO CALL TO SET UP APPOINTMENT TO FINALLY GET IT INSTALLED.
