They're not that bad.

Good customer service.

Price was reasonable and Lowes customer service department performed quality service.  Installer was very professional, timely and did a remarkable job.  Very pleased.  Loved the screen door; looks awesome.

They came out and took measurements and I purchased the blinds. Spring Window Fashions is the manufacture of the blinds that I had purchased from Lowe's.  The price was very good. In the bedroom, I thought I was going to have one large blind. However, they installed a three panel blind. When I let them know that was not what I had wanted, they took them back, reordered the blinds, and reinstalled them. There was no problem with getting this issue corrected. I am very happy with the finished job.

I bought paint from them before. It was fine. They didn't provide any service other than taking out the paint and selling it to me. It was very good. There was a rebate involved in it. I like their paint.

Only one person came out each time to fix the appliances.  They spent about a half an hour, but nothing was resolved.  What stands out is that they aren't successful in fixing anything.  The service under the warranty isn't adequate.  I've told all my friends and family not to go there.

The toilet he recommended was a great deal, but the associate could have been friendlier.

I use a couple of Lowe's in Kentucky and one over in Cincinnati. I think their customer service is good. They have been really helpful whenever I go in the store. I don't know about the quality of the product yet because I haven't received it. You have to custom order.

Their customer service has been outstanding. The people that we worked with both in cabinets and appliances were so very helpful and responsive. They took care of everything we needed and I would continue to see them again.

They never came back or called.

There ought to be two ratings here. One for Lowes (B-) and one for Psalm who does the installation (A). Psalm called and the installer arrived on time and was excellent. The A's are for Psalm - they were professional and punctual.
Lowes left a message for us to call if we were satisfied. I tried, but the phone system is impossible to navigate. I got transferred from person to person.

The sales staff at Lowe's were helpful in comparing and choosing the different types of carpet and pad available, and were able to get additional padding from a nearby Lowe's when it turned out they didn't have enough. The price quoted was considerably more affordable than other bids, and while I was a little concerned about the quality of the installation, that turned out not to be a problem. Installation was performed by a subcontractor who discussed the job with me prior to starting, then worked quickly and efficiently, finishing the job prior to when he estimated. The measurements were done well, and we weren't left with too much scrap carpet. So far, the carpet has held up well and there have been no installation problems.

The contractor was quick and efficient.

They were really good. It was kind of nice having all of it centralized at Lowe’s, and they contacted the contractors that we paid at Lowe’s, and everything was done at Lowe’s. So, that was kind of cool. They always made sure that we were satisfied before they paid the contractors. They were always on time. They always cleaned up, and if we had an issue, they fixed it right away. We were pretty happy.

There was nothing that we disliked about them.  Everything was fine.  They were courteous people.  I would recommend my family members and friends to use their services in the future if they need to.  I would use their services again in the future if I need to.

It was frustrating because of the issues with my house. The people of Lowe's were good. I had to return some things, and they gave me no issues about crediting my account. The first salesperson wasn't very knowledgeable. The second salesperson was knowledgeable and helped me out a lot.

Carpet installer was VERY rude and unprofessional. Did not adjust carpeting to accomodate cable/phone line as requested and then when I asked them to send someone back to fix it, he blamed me for a cut line, called me a liar, and was generally verbally abusive. Also, the workers did not return furniture I paid to have moved back to the right place and left trash- pop cans, etc littering my upstairs. Carpet installed so-so, but I wasn't about to have that person back in my house to fix anything,
