Paul and his crew did a very good job with our floors and at a very reasonable price. They were punctual, worked quickly and did exactly what was discussed. Paul was easy to contact via text and responded quickly to any question or concerns I had during the install. Bottom line--I would hire them again...

We contacted them to give us a quote for refinishing a living room floor.  They were very professional and provided the quote quickly.  We contacted them, scheduled a date & they showed up on time, did a great job & kept us informed throughout the process!  We are very pleased & will hire them again if we have the need.

Installers played music very loudly while working and left garage door open to house while working.  
Floor looks ok from quick glance but when you look closely as in when cleaning you can find lots of defects in wood patches where nicks and chips were tried to cover up and in one spot even a staple is visible that was tried to cover with wood filler.  They also used LOTS of staples to hold the wood floor down which caused splintering of my subfloor.  It took me 2 hours to clean up
the mess it made in my basement below this room.  I would not call them again

They sanded one very heavily painted room in my 125-year old home.  They weren't able to complete the work due to the high number of nails and staples left from the carpet, but didn't charge me for any of the work they did do (which was extensive).

I was very pleased with their work. I would use them again in the future.

Both crews were personal, professional, punctual & did fabulous work!  They had to remove our painted toe molding in bathroom to sand entire area.  One piece broke when re-installing, so they replaced all the molding with new oak and offered to stain same color as floor.  It looks way better than the old painted moldings! Do's: have them replace old vent covers with covers of your floor type.  our look oak vent covers, stained same as floor, look great! Don'ts:  even though a dustless system was used, there's still a good bit more dust than we expected.  I would recommend that if you have a chandelier, wrap it in plastic during sanding phase.  Then remove before they're ready to do the final poly coat. The sanding team might have to bring in additional flood light to work, but cleanup will be easier. We will definitely have loveless do more work for us in the future!

He was scheduled far in advance and never changed the date even though we needed to schedule a few months out. He was here everyday until the job was finished. His workers were respectful and very competent. He was able to solve some problems related to part of our hallway being on concrete and the other part on plywood.
