I bought a solid green sofa with 2 floral pillows. The floral pillows really set it off. About 7 weeks later, when we went to the warehouse to pick it up, I noticed after it was loaded on my truck that the 2 pillows were missing. The man at the warehouse looked for them, could not find them, and said he would order them, and I could pick them up in about a week. I had him mark my receipt, "pillows missing", but he did not sign it. My husband unexpectedly passed away, and I forgot all about the pillows for about 2 months. When I remembered, I called the warehouse. They did not have them, and they didn't know anything about them. I called the Colerain store, where I purchased it. They acted, somewhat, like they doubted me. I argued, and they said they would order them. I called back, time after time, and they said they didn't know why it was taking so long. The lady, who sold them to me seemed to want to make it right, but when she wasn't at the store, and I had to talk to someone else, they did not seem interested in helping me at all. The manager of the store, more than anyone else, seemed completely unconcerned about the pillows. He just seemed like he didn't care whether I ever got them. Finally, they sent a package. It was 2 empty pillow covers. I called the store again, and talked to my original saleslady. She promised me she would get on it. About a month later. I finally got 2 floral pillows. I got the pillows about 7 months after I picked up the couch. The couch and pillows are beautiful, and seem to be very good quality. It is very comfortable. The service to customers is horrible. If I could not find what I was looking for any place else, I would look at Lazy-Boy, but only as a last resort, after this experience. The manager just did not seem to care if I ever got what I had paid for.
