I love working with Lawn Pros they do an excellent job of taking care of my lawn. They are professional and courteous and come weekly to take care of my lawn.  They are attentive to all my needs.  Really great people to work with.  I've reccommended to my neighbors one either side and they were hired to their lawns too.

They are great. They were on time. They came out and did the job. They responded to our calls. It was nice to have someone do a onetime cut for us.

They are wonderful. I have had nothing but a good expierence with them. I have been using them since March and will continue to use them.

We were looking all over the place for a lawn company to just do a one time cut for us on a new home we bought. We were doing some work to it and wouldn't be moving in for a month or so and the grass was out of control. Lawn Pros called me back and stated that they could go take a look at our yard and would be more than happy to fit us in. They went out within a couple of days, looked at lawn, gave us a price and went out to cut it 2 days later. We simply wanted a quick trim of our grass but got so much more! They actually edged all our sidewalks, picked up all the grass and made sure our sidewalks/driveways were clean. We were so impressed with the service and we will certainly be using them again!

Eric and his wife do a super job. I've been using them for a couple of years and cannot say enough good things about the service and value they provide

Lawn Pros LLC did a nice job for me on a very cold and wet day of the year.

Erik and his wife are amazing. Erik is very attentive to details, thorough and knowledgable about plant species in the region. They were professionals and always communicated well with us throughout the process. The regrading of front yard needed to happen with some urgency in order to control a drainage issue and their responsiveness saved us many days of bailing out the basement.

Great. We've used them for lawn mowing and general landscaping. They have done excellent work and we'll continue to use them in the future.

Let me start out by saying that I have had difficulty growing grass in my yard. I had sod initially put down and due to the extreme heat in 2012 regardless of how much i watered sod in a significant area of my side yard did not take and some in my backyard. Erik and Laura came over to view and gave me a verbal price of 600.00 to clean, drop some new topsoil and see these area. This was done mid of October. In hindsight I should not have had them do this this late in season, but was told even if it got cold the seed would come up in the spring. When Laura completed the job I got a bill near 1200. which was double the price quoted initially by Erik and I was told that they put in much more hours than the initial estimate. While I did pay the bill, I was so not happy with this and should have insisted that they stand with their initial estimate, but I always want to err on the side of extreme fairness. Laura did work hard to get the yard seeded but again not double the amount in my opinion. By mid of April of 2013 none of the fall seed was coming up and Laura came back and scratched up the ground surface and re-seeded. She ran out of seed and I provided her with new seed I had purchased a few days prior. (It should also be noted that the while there was work being done as relates to seeding I was always out side assisting with raking or scratching up the soil in both October and April) Well you would think with all the seed that was laid down I would have a lush yard by now and it is far from this. The side yard has done the best out of all area in the yard, but it has not fully taken and I have over seeded that area about 2 weeks ago. The back yard there is an area that is 11 x 13 that has totally not taken and then a few area that are 10 x 2 that did not take. Laura did call a few times since the April re-seed and I told her that it was slow going and during our last call I asked her to come over and take a look at the area because I wanted a plan to fix what had not taken. I even sent her pictures. She told me that they would get back to me and she and Erik would be out the following week. Mid of last week I sent her a text her because I had not had any response to the pictures I sent and I wanted to know when would be coming. I heard absolutely nothing from her. Yesterday I sent her another text saying I appreciated their service but I had resolved my issues and would no longer be needing their services going forward. (Please note that my resolution as to hire another contractor and he will be laying sod in the areas that did not take.) I am very dishearten by Laura and Erik's lack of consideration to my needs.
Please not that I offered use of any of my tools when they were here to work in my yard. Lawn mowers, Leaf blower/sucker, my snow thrower even giving to Laura to use on one of her other customer jobs. If you need general yard maintainence then Lawn Pros in my opinion does a good job, but hiring them for anything other than I would not recommend!

It went fantastic and they are truly an excellent company to work with.

While they are still working, as we hired them for several jobs that are ongoing, I have to say that they did an excellent job in every aspect of the work thus far. The pricing seemed quite fair, and maybe even better then a few of the other folks who came out to see the work we needed done.

They seemed quite skilled and knowledgeable with every aspect both of what needed to be done and what they recommended we do in addition to the items we had already addressed. My wife and I were actually out of town the last time they worked on the outside of the home, but my mother-in-law was here with our kids and she went on and on about what great work they were doing.
