They did a great job, despite being slowed down by all the rain we have had.  Solved problems that emerged and were very responsive to our questions and concerns.  Eric, their landscape designer is quite talented.  He had the vision for a courtyard feel and how to accomplish it!  Can't believe how it all enhanced our view of the woods as well.  We would have never thought of it in this way.  
Entertaining outdoors has become a pleasure now that we have this in place!

They are very good about keeping tabs on former customers to ensure they get on the schedule, providing you with a full quote before scheduling service.  They arrived on time, completed the work as expected.  We have used them the past few years and are very happy with the results.

They did a pretty good job. They did a lot of work. They were professional, prompt and on time. They were competitive in their pricing. We will have them come back this year and do some more work. A couple of plants died but that's pretty normal and they will replace those.

Our yard was very overgrown and when the team was finished we had one of the nicest yards in the neighborhood.

They did a great job. The foreman was replaced toward the end of completion which would have been nice to have the same foreman throughout the project.

Our experience with Don Gilb Landscaping was excellent. They did the job professionally and beautifully. They came early in the morning and were finished by the end of the day. Nothing was missed and our yard still looks great even after several months.

Three good workers did the job. Supervisor Joe Gilb came by several times to ensure the job was going well. One of the workers took me around when they finished to ensure I was happy with everything. Very pleased with the results.

Overall, I rate them highly.  I would use them again in the future.

He did a really nice job. The crew was extremely professional. They cleaned up after themselves and worked very hard. Their price was fair and the quality of work was excellent. I will be using him again next year.

I have been extremely pleased with the work.  The guys he sends for the work are always competent, efficient and leave the place looking great. They arrive at the scheduled time and leave when the work is done, after thoroughly cleaning up.  There is no cigarette smoking, lounging around, or goofing off--these guys work.   Although we have either communicated by phone or in person prior to the work day, Don comes by when needed or to check on progress, particularly if there are many new plantings.

Very pleased with the professionalism of Dave at Don Gilb.  He listened to our needs, came up with a great plan that worked for our budget.  His crew was on time and did the work as we expected.  Also used them to help with grading issues around foundation and they provided a few cost effective solutions that have for the most part worked well.

I have used him before. They are really good with what they do. He’s done a lot of things for me. He’s done planting, put in trees and a number of things for me. They are just good. They are not the cheapest guys on the block but they are good. The workers are very good and there’s always a supervisor with them. Sometimes they don’t speak English but they get the job done. I would definitely recommend them to others. The work looks fine and I am actually getting ready to call him because I wanted him to come out and take a look at something. I don’t have a comparison with a lot of people on the price but I think sometime he does a little more than what he charges. He is very responsive and they are always here when they say.

The only problem was the uncooperative weather! This company did excellent work - everything looks beautiful. The only "surprise" was when there was a problem with our cement foundation jutting out into the area where  they wanted to plant some small trees, which wouldn't allow enough depth for the roots. They solved the problem by building the area up, creating a small "wall" with pavers. I think it probably actually looks better with this addition than it would have without it.

The quality of their work was outstanding. The designers are very talented and they come out with wonderful plans and also execute it just as you would want it. I was not disappointed with the way that they executed the plan. They do quality work and their workers are polite, professional and very talented. They also stand behind their plants because I had caught three plants that were diseased. I got them within that years’ time fame because they guarantee the plants for a year and they were so nice about it. They did what they said they were going to do and came out, brought other plants and replaced them. The paver lock turned out really nice. They are a top-notch company. I met the owner of the company and I think that he is just a good guy and he treats his workers well and I can tell. I spent about $5500 on that work.

I have used this company for several years. After comparing the estimates from several companies, their price was better than some and competitive with others. Their work is so good that a neighbor has also used their service. Their employees are efficient and professional.

My contact at Gilb was professional and responsive throughout the process. Gilb wasn't the cheapest, but provided acceptable value for the price. The day they started work (which was in Oct 2009), we hit a snag whereby we discovered issues with deteriorated siding that delayed Gilb's work until the Spring 2010. Upon resumption of work, they delivered on what they were expected to do. I'm very pleased with the patio and am ready to enjoy it this Spring and Summer.

We called Gilb Landscaping in early January to get a bid for the landscaping we had in mind. Dave Roscoe set the appojntment for that week and called to confirm. Dave came to our home arrived on time and listened to what we had in mind. He was so nice to meet with. He had some good ideas and wanted to take some measurements. Before Dave left, he told me he would have drawing and bid to me the next week. As promised, we received the bid and drawing exactly when he said we would. The drawing was to scale and very professionally done. We added some plants and signed the bid. We told Dave we wanted the job done the middle of May. May arrived and Dave called to give us an install date and promised to arrive to brief the field supervisor about the job. Everyone arrived at the appointed time and began work. Scott was our supervisor on the job and he did an absolutely wonderful job. He had a great crew to work with. He worked well with Dave who designed our job and also was great with his crew. I cannot say enough about how happy we were with the job and also how they treated us and our property. They were very respectful. This whole experience was flawless from start to finish. Dave Roscoe is very talented at designing and superb at communication. Scott carried out the plan perfectly. Every color, shape and placement of the rocks, beds and plants is perfect. We could tell that a lot of thought went into our materials. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees. We will be definately be calling them next year to do more work. I would not use any one else.

I contacted them again because they did such a great job previously. He came out drew up some plans, gave an estimate, and came back with the plan. I gave him the go ahead and they started the work. They also did some mulching, trimming trees and bushes. They replaced two red bud trees and a bush that did not survive from the previous year.
