On his first visit, the serviceman did a quick repair to the fan in an attempt to save us the cost of a new blower fan. Unfortunately the problem (a loud whine) returned a few weeks later. We called them back to replace the blower fan. They credited us back the service charge for the first visit. Even though the simple repair ultimately didn't work, I certainly appreciated their attempt to save us money on a new fan and I appreciated that they credited us back the cost of their first visit. Makes us feel like we can really trust them.
