OVER CHARGES FOR HIS WORK. NOT ONLY DOES HE NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS HOUSE, BUT EVERYTHING REGARDING THE SALE OF THE HOUSE, SUCH AS THE YARD INSTALLED, ETC.
