It took a month to get my floors completed correctly by quality control. I was billed for work that was not completed. The contractor did not show up until 8 hours late the first day. Showed up at 4pm and just had a look and left . The next day showed up to complete the floors, My floors were unlevel they did not level them they just put the floors down. around my fireplace and baseboard registers looked horrible. I called the store they came out to see what was wrong they noted that the contractor did not complete the floors correctly. Contractor was supposed to come the next saturday and complete, He did not show up again. Called the store twice that day , contractor said he'd come sunday. He came and redid the floors. this time he put down board in the kitchen and lied to the store about how many he used. I was charged for those board and floor was still unlevel. called the store back they sent it over to corporate. They came out about a week later and looked at the floors noted several reasons why the flooring was still incorrect. said they would call to set a date to redo the floors again. Sent a email and told them i needed this done asap. it had already been 2 plus weeks of me dealing with the floors like this. They schedule me out about 2 weeks. Corporate did come out and fix the floors. Conflict is it took a whole moth and having a family gathering with my floors looking and feeling horrible for them to finally get me to a place that my flooring was done correctly, and it did not feel like a roller coaster while walking over the floors. When corporate came out and redid the floors they found that i was telling the truth about being charged for extra boards. they did refund me for the extra i was charged. Initially they had refunded me some money because they had to remove all the prep work cost because the contractor did none. I was told that i would be discounted because of all that i had went through, waiting for a contractor all day he did'nt show up , waiting all day for him to come and when he did come he just looked at the floors and left, the 4 days that i was unable to leave home, that i spent all day at home as they kept having to redoing the floors. Not to mention all the other days that they came out to see the problem areas with the floors. Just a nightmare. I was told i would be refunded for inconvenience and today i learned that i will be given $400. that is not even half of the pay i missed or could'nt amount to half the stress i dealt with with for that 4-5 week time period. I was tod that it cost them more money to redo the floors. So $400 refund was fair. I felt like installation should have been free. I simply just wanted some nice floors to go down in the home that i had just purchased. That turned into a nightmare. I would not recommend this company.

I was really happy with the company.  I was really happy with the job.  There was nothing that I wasn't totally satisfied with them at this point.  They have a lifetime guarantee on the workmanship.  The employees are good.  I am assuming if I call them with the problem that I would be, taking care would generally be the same experience.
