KRONER'S CLEANERS

Would like to use a local operation but Kroners has made it hard to go back. Three times now in the past 5 or so orders have been it has been late. In an attempt to learn our lesson, on our last occasion we called ahead to confirm the clothes left on Saturday would be ready to pick-up Wednesday afternoon.  Despite such assurances, upon our arrival clothes were not ready and after waiting 20m and paying for the whole lot, Kroners was only able to provide about half our order.

I guess we'll be back for the other half, but after probably not.

They do a good job and they will deliver if you need.

It  went great. The dress was done in about two weeks. The owner did it himself and when I got it home I opened the box.  The dirt on the bottom of the dress was gone. They pack it up with preservation tissue and in a preservation box, carbon free. Also gave me instructions for proper storage of the box. Kroners has a great reputation here on the west side of Cincinnati.

Perfect. No problems.

If I had bothered to note that they do pickups/deliveries, I would have had them do so.  Next time.

Great service

Went very well.  My clothes were ready on time, and they were well ironed and squeaky clean.  They even let you if they had to perform any repairs on your clothes, like for me a hem had become loosened on a pair of nice office trousers, and they repaired it at no additional cost.  I was very grateful for their thoughtfulness !

They are unbelievable, excellent, and they did everything, and they are fabulous. The quality is high and they pick up your laundry with $1 delivery charge. We havean ongoing relationship.

It was a great price. They did a great job and it was quick. Everything was on-site and I really liked that.

Cleaning of several pieces - a few work pieces and a formal gown.  All the work they did was wonderful!

They're wonderful. I just picked up my dry cleaning off my front door when I ran home at lunch today. They picked up on Monday and delivered back today, right on schedule. They do pick up 3 times a week in our neighborhood. They always do a fantastic job. We love them! They charge per piece like most dry cleaners. The charges differ by women's dress versus men's slacks. Today for 8 pieces all together it was $25. We find it competitive with other dry cleaners but the pick up drop off service for our neighborhood is fantastic! The quality of their service is great! You can call them late, you can call them early. Very early in the morning they'll still get you on their pick up route. They're very responsive.

It was great. We live in a two family and my dad and I both had things done. They were timely and affordable. They did affordable work. It is convenient that they will pick up and drop off to my house. It is a family owned business and I know some of the people who own it. I don't price compare like some people but I will pay more than for someone in my neighborhood that was a chain. They are really consistent. My dad has been using them for a couple of years and he gets dry cleaning done on a pretty persistent basis. He is a pretty persnickety person and he is always happy with them.

I made the mistake of wearing a suede jacket (light colored) to a concert. I put it on the back of my chair at some point, and by the time the concert was over it was on the floor and was really dirty with splotches of mystery substance on it!
It was pricey to clean - but not having anything to compare it to, I suspect it would be pricey if not more so anywhere else. It was definitely worth the cost because darn if they didn't get all the stains out. It looks great! I think they send it to a suede specialist that contracts with dry cleaners. Regardless, I'm happy with the outcome.
It seemed weird that I didn't get any sort of receipt or stub when I dropped it off. I just had to take their word for it that I would be called once it was done. Never having used the place before, it was a little unsettling. However, it worked out great and I would definitely use them again.

They're excellent. I sent in something and didn't realize that a button was missing, but they sent back a little note telling me that they sewed a button back on. If you need something in a hurry they're good and I just really like them. I like their delivery service. I like that I can take like a little area rug to them and they can send it out. They'll take care of it, even my bedspread. They're very good and I know if I give them something I'm going to get it back in great condition. We moved over to Erlanger and they're in Cincinnati, so when I need something I run it over there. My husband doesn't travel anymore and I haven't needed any dry cleaning in the last year, but when I do for my little rug and bedspread I'll definitely make a trip over there. They have a delivery service, so they can deliver it to my friend and then I can get it when I'm over there. I think you pay a little more for them, but it's worth it.

They do this once or twice a month; always prompt good service.

no tmuch to tell. coat was as expected and when expected.

Took my coat in, they said they could repair it, and a week later the zipper was replaced and a tear was fixed.
