There is no dislike or particular like. The customer service is good.

I asked for a flu shot at the checkin counter and they said to complete the paperwork and I'd get the shot. A few minutes later, I had my flu shot and was leaving. Very satisfied with the service, convenience, and professionalism of the employees. Also: On numerous occasions I have asked for help regarding over-the-counter medicines and they have always been very helpful. Another also: I bought a battery powered blood pressure cuff and it has worked flawlessly for several years. Definitely would recommend them.

We use Kroger Pharmacy because it is convenient. I can buy my groceries while waiting on the prescription to be filled. We will continue to use them, however, a few times they have been frustrating. They were supposed to call my husband's doctor to get a new refill on the precriptions. They said the prescription would be there the next day, however, I forgot and even went back about 4 days later and no one knew where the prescription was! After they found it, they discovered they hadn't even called my husband's doctor! Luckily, he was in dire need of this prescription but what if he was!? This has happened a few times with them and it is very upsetting to me. Now I call first before I go over to pick up just to make sure the prescription has been taken care of and is there at the store for me.

They are okay. They could be better. My wife prefers Walgreens, but our provider doesn't deal with them anymore. They are a little slow.

The development equipment behind the desk has be warmed up and calibrated and or cartridges changed out. Do not expect to have prints from that mechanism before about hr. after they open in the morning. i.e 10 am, not 9 am. The quality is better via that mechanism but that is not necessarily espoused consistently to the public. Kiosks do their thing promptly for prints. Staff is very, very helpful and accomodating. (if a slow period especially) all kiosk units to be wired to do prints from behind the desk soon.

Print out thru their developing machine behind the desk at off time to get Best price and Better paper.

Photo manager nicely helped put on a CD for pics that were disposable camera orig. and needed zoom/crop function. Did really nice job instantaneously. Cost was average; quick turnaround.

I wanted to fill a prescription under the store's $10 for 90 days program. I took my bottle which had been previously filled through a mail order pharmacy. The technician who waited on me seemed very frustrated that she would have to call this other pharmacy or my physician to get the script transferred. They told me it would take 3-4 days. When I went to pick it up they had filled it with Brand instead of the generic version which disqualified it for their $10 program. I asked them why they had switched it to Brand when the bottle I brought in was for generic. They had no answer and actually argued with me that I had been taking the Brand, which was not true. I have taken this drug for over two years and have always taken the generic version to save cost. After complaining they did refill with the generic.
