The work was performed perfectly and quickly. The machine-approximately 30 years old-is like new.

They serviced it and did the routine tune up and I had it back in 4 business days. Very professional and courteous. Even carried it out to the car for me since I was holding my granddaughter.

This is the first machine I have bought from them but I have had all my machines and sergers serviced by them. They are the best and very honest. Shelly is no longer the owner but the two new owners, husband and wife, have been there for years. They know the business and couldn't be more helpful. I will take lessons on my new machine soon. I send everyone I know to them. Honesty is the best policy and they practice this concept. All their employees are great.

These folks are wonderful!  Knowledgeable, capable, and most important, HONEST!
After getting a completely inaccurate diagnosis at Kirkwood Vacuum Repair (reviewed under their listing), I took my Miele to Kramer Sew and Vac in Montgomery.  Their repair guy (Pat) recognized the source of the problem immediately, had the part to fix it, and repaired the machine while I waited.  The whole process took less than 20 minutes!
Pat has restored my faith in the vacuum cleaner repair business!

They repaired and tuned up my 20+ year-old Viking sewing machine. They did not pressure me to buy a newer model which I appreciated. My machine was finished on time and works great.

My machine was ready a day before they had estimated and the cost was what I had been told it would be . I was greeted with a smile as I walked into the store and when I asked if there was any Angie's List discount they said no but let me use a $10 off coupon they had behind the counter from a mailing. The customer service was fast and efficient and I am totally happy with my experience.

Kramer's looked at it and told me the same thing I heard at Lukes but their approach was completely different. of course they could fix it and it would cost about $160. They did not disparage my machine and did not try to sell me a new one. They called to tell me it would be a little bit more ($10) because there were 5 bad gears instead of 4. They replaced the gears, tuned up the machine, adjusted evrything to work correctly and tested it. The bill was $170. While they sold new machines, they did not use my misfortune to take advantage of me. Almost everyone who was coming in was coming in to get a machine repaired or to pick up one that had been fixed. I am very pleased with the service. If I ever did want to buy a new machine, this is the first place I would go.

They treat you well.  They do a good job.  They are fast.  They don't keep the machine forever and ever.  Their price is pretty average.

The model that I have is very difficult to repair. I had taken it somewhere else originally and it came back and it wasn't repaired. Kramer's fixed it so it is workable but it is very old and getting kind of worn down. They don't really make parts for really old machines. They probably did the best they could. It functions but it is an old machine and it doesn't run like it is new. I was very happy with Kramer's. Some things cannot get repaired 100% when they are old so I had to take that into consideration. I would probably use them again.

We brought our machine to them because they are an authorized Singer repair shop and they were close by.  They got it done when they say they would, and it worked.  So that made us happy.  I will continue to use them in the future.
