The people are friendly and very professional. In the show room they took the time to explain the various cabinet options and new innovations with appliances.

Overall price was much higher than competing bids. We were able to get a much more extensive remodeling of our bathroom for about the same price.

The service was fine. He did a nice job of doing a design for us. We did not end up going with them as a company to do our kitchen, but they were nice to work with. It was just that the price was higher than what we got elsewhere. It was fine we just decided to go with somebody else. We were perfectly happy with them. It was just the price was a little bit higher than we wanted to spend because we are on a budget. They did not actually call us and followed-through which was fine because we ended up going with somebody else. Their responsiveness was good. They are very professional. We would possibly use them in the future.

All went well, they were professional, punctual, dealt with problems quickly, let us know who would be in the house and when they would be there, answered phone calls promptly, and completed the project on time.

They did a wonderful job and we're very happy! They resolved any issues and were great to work with. We also had them do some structural work to the kitchen and we got our appliances through them, which may have put us slightly over budget. We definitely got what we paid for, though! In terms of the design, they really helped us refine what we wanted and bring it to life. We would definitely consider them in the future. We worked directly with the owners, staff, and employees (no outsourcing) and they were all very helpful.

They did great work and I would definitely use them again. In terms of quality, they did superb work. They were very helpful in designing the rooms! They were very professional and I would recommend them! They were very easy to work with.

They did a great job. It took them about 6 weeks to finish it. They were easy to work with in terms of refining designs. They pay quite a bit of attention to detail, and they do high-quality work. The design they came up with looks great -- I can't say enough good things about it. We'd definitely recommend them!

Kitchen Concepts was excellent to work with from the initial contact, through the design phase and construction. Very minor follow-up was required, but they were extremely prompt with that also.
We had begun the design/quote phase of the project with another contractor, but became troubled with both the design concepts and with getting a good handle on costing. Even after making a down payment with the original contractor we decided to find a new contractor. Based on a referral from friends we began the process anew with Kitchen Concepts. From the very beginning, we were pleased with their approach and their transparency related to concept, design and costing. There were no "surprises" at any time while working with them. We were given options during each phase of the design process with detailed explanation of the differences in both the design and the related cost. Their show room samples and 3D modeling allowed us to understand exactly what the final project would look like.
We elected to use them as the general contractor and were more than pleased with both the process and the outcome. The construction phase came in within a week or two of the original estimate and any changes both large and small were handled very professionally and with as much advance notice as was possible. They were very proactive in communicating with us throughout the project. We had a very good experience working with Pat and Rich, and would use them again in a minute. Additionally, we would give them an unqualified recommendation.

The reason we chose them, was because of the outstanding job they had done on the kitchen. We have a ranch house, and I have a small kitchen, and they utilized every each of it. The master bathroom, is also not a large room, and we had a jacuzzi in there. They completely gutted it, and they design and they utilize every inch of space possible. If you don't like their plan they redo it. Pat is the planner, and Rich is the brother. It is a family owned business, which is very good. We knew they would utilize the space that we wanted, and make it beautiful, which they did. If anything is wrong, or if there is a question concerning what they are doing, they are right there. We have another bathroom, which we will redo, and we will not even shop for anybody else. They are the ones.
