They were great to work with. We were opening a new office so they built the building for it. They helped every step of the way. They had everything in the game for building a good looking office because it was the first one in this side of the building. They did a good job. The price was fine. I had been negotiating for a hell of a deal. We were the first one in the building. The shops wanted to build the building but they couldnt do that until we said okay for it. So we kind of had the cards in our hand.
