Kevin Geraci

Mr. Geraci was outstanding!  He was in constant communication with us--keeping us up to date as much as possible. The home we were purchasing was a short sale home with renters occupying the property, so there were many ups and downs.  Mr. Geraci helped guide us through it all.  He provided us information of people we needed to get in contact with to help us close on the house quickly.  He performed any task we asked of him, and was available to help in a timely manner.  I highly recommend him!

Kevin is an extremely nice and helpful agent, with integrity, patience and understanding. We relocated from another state and many times had to work with Kevin long distance. Being new to the area, Kevin listened and understood the type of location and home that we were interested in and presented us with many choices in various parts of the city and surrounding area. He also offered great advice about services, restaurants and other places of interest, in those areas. 

After an exhaustive search, we decided to build a new home. Kevin was with us every step of the way. He even came to the design center and helped us pick out the details of our home. He has a great eye for combinations that work well together, no doubt gleaned from the many beautiful homes he's shown. Kevin is the kind of agent that's never too busy to listen to your concurs, desires or questions as he made himself accessible to us, whenever need rose.
