+ 1 moreThey did a phenomenal job. We were very pleased. They were delayed but they called ahead. They were respectful of our family. They were easy to approach with any questions. They were clean. They cleaned up after themselves. We didn't have any problems with their punctuality. I'd highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I used Kessler Construction Services to take out a microwave and a cabinet above the microwave. They installed a Viking hood and did the repair work to a wall around it when they installed it. They installed a new Viking cooktop and they also installed a dishwasher. They did the crown work around the cabinets.

+ 2 moreThe workers showed up on time, worked constantly, let us know what they will do each day and always took care of any questions we had. All the workmen were real professional. Our kitchen won an award. This company did our screened in porch, remodeled our family room and put a new railing on our stairs.
Description of Work: Kessler Construction Services knocked out wall, installed new counter tops, cabinet, sink and new crown molding. This is the third job they have completed at our house.

+ 1 moreThe work flow followed a pretty simple formula, but one that was laid out in advance for us after getting the drawing finalized. Demo was done Forms were poured Concrete completed Roof built Trim/Columns Stone and Bar Complete Final Walkthrough Larry @ Kessler was checking in with us the entire time, was always first to call us if there was an issue, and ALWAYS promoted a two-way conversation to maximize our involvement in the process.
Description of Work: Kessler built us an outdoor living area with bar and seating area. There is section that is covered by roof and a small section with an lattice woodwork roof that allows for natural sunlight. They matched the shingles to our existing home as well as the paint and woodwork. Kessler demolished the existing small patio and completely rebuilt a much larger stamped concrete form with room for the roofed part as well as the trellis section and a rounded section on the end of the house for a future firepit.

Description of Work: We have worked with Kessler Construction since 1996 when we did a complete kitchen and bath remodeling project. Since that time, we have used them for window replacements and general remodeling, the latest date being September 2011. Larry Kessler has always provided good advice and a great sense of professionalism that translates to his sub-contractors as well. We have found that his work is top quality and his prices are competitive.
