Shannon did a great job. She was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very concise. She's been there for 10 years and knows her stuff. She also gave us grout samples to take home and look at as well. They gave prompt pricing and gave me alternatives. She also gave us ideas on other kitchen amenities as well which was appreciated.

I looked around a bit at different suppliers and Kemper had the most variety and had representatives more available to speak to us. They seemed a bit snooty, but they had what I wanted so I overlooked that. We ended up finding a slab of granite that was already discounted so we got it for a great price. We also purchased tile for our backsplash. I put a lot of faith in their design ability (matching the tile with the granite) and I might not have as much faith in them the next time even though I'm happy with my selection. The installer was the best part - very professional and timely. We had a sealing problem after a while and the installer came back out and resealed it for us - no questions asked.

They did a very high quality job, and stayed within the time schedule that was given. We very pleased that they finished on time, and did not try to start until all the materials arrived. They cleaned up so well that we could eat in our new kitchen when they were finished.

KEMPER IS DEFINITELY THE PLACE TO GO IN CINCINNATI FOR TILE. THEY HAVE THE WIDEST SELECTION I HAVE SEEN ANYWHERE. I LOVE THE TILE I PURCHASED, AND WAS ABLE TO GET IT AT CLOSE-OUT PRICES. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS DISAPPOINTING. I FELT THAT OTHER CUSTOMERS ASSOCIATED WITH A BUILDER WAS THEIR MAIN PRIORITY.

THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL WITHOUT BEING PUSHY. THEY EVEN DIRECTED US TO A LOWER COST OPTION SINCE WE WERE DOING A SMALLER AREA. WE USED AN ODD LOT SLAB AND SAVED 30%. THOUGH WE WERE A SMALL JOB AND A DISCOUNTED JOB, THE STAFF FROM SALES - TEMPLATE - INSTALLATION TREATED US LIKE A $10K ACCOUNT. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE WITH QUESTIONS AND EVERYONE SEEMED VERY EXPERIENCED WITH THE MATERIAL AND INSTALLATION.
