I would highly recommend this company. They are very professional. They were on time and efficient. They clean up was great. The entire experience was outstanding. Because of there excellent work a neighbor is now hiring them to replace there roof. There price was very competitive.

It went extremely well. The 7 man crew was well organized and disciplined. They placed clean drop cloths all around the perimeter of our home to catch any errant pieces of shingle, removed/replaced my home-made gutter guards, and kept me informed of any additional work which I had anticipated. The new roof has already proven effective in remedying the water leak we had because the recent downpours for once left our garage floor parched and bone-dry. I was so impressed with the work they did that I tipped each man $20. Needless to say I highly recommend Kelly's Roofing!

Excellent. We had several 'ambulance chasers' on our street trying to secure roofing contracts due to all of the damage. We contacted Kelly based on a recommendation. Worked with Nick though a very long process in dealing with insurance. Nick met with the adjuster on site and tactfully advocated on our behalf (the insurance co. was trying to minimize their costs). So Kelly played a key role in getting our insurance co. to agree to replace entire roof rather than just a third of it. The work was excellent. Crew was nice, and seemed to be exclusive to Kelly. A lot of these places just round up free agents on the fly. You will likely be able to find a cheaper bid than Kelly, but you get what you pay for. If you want it done right this is an excellent company. If you're looking for the cheapest roof possible there are a lot of shady roofers out there.

Everything about working with them was great. Nick Kelly was in contact with us throughout the entire process handling our questions beforehand and ensuring the work was done well. They completed the bulk of work in one day which we appreciated. They did come back to water proof our chimney and finish paint some flashing a week later (items we asked them to do as well). We would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I had this company roof my house about 10 years ago and it was very frustrating experience. I called them this time because they were close and it was a serious leak. I found them to be very professional, prompt and they did a nice job. I recently ask them to evaluate a leak near the roof and chimney and they came the next day. It did not involve roofing or flashing it turns out but likely masonry and they gave me a recommendation for a company they often use.

We are very pleased with the fast courteous service we got. I called Tuesday afternoon and they came out Wednesday morning. While inspecting the roof they discovered the missing vent cap. About a week ago we had a huge wind storm and our water heater pilot light went out. The vent cap must have blown off during this storm. Both workers helped me look in the yard and bushes for the missing cap, but we did not find it. We really wanted it replaced as soon as possible since a storm was predicted that evening. The owner called me and said he would try to drive to Covington KY in between the appointments he had and get it for us and the workers would come back and put it on today or tomorrow morning. We went to lunch and when we got back the new cap was on our vent! So, now we have no worries about the storm coming in and effecting our gas water heater.

We had Kelly roofing put on our current roof and we have always been extremely pleased with their service.

It was fine.  Our roof is steep so I'm glad they could do that.  I called a couple of companies and they could come right away.  They didn't make any messes.

Kelly's crew did an outstanding job both times. Very professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Did both jobs in a minimum of time and did a good job cleaning up when finished. I highly recommend Kelly Roofing.

Kelly Roofing has been my 'go to' vendor for roofing issues for over 20yrs.  Used them to replace the roof on my mother's house.  Was great.  Brought a huge team and did a tear off and reroof in 1/2 a day.  Cleaned up everything also.  I've used them several time to repair shingles blown off in high winds and replace flashing.  Always prompt and fixed right the first time.  There may be less expensive roofers out there but if you want it fixed right call Kelly Roofing.

I called to schedule the fan venting and they came out within two hours and did two fans  in under three hours.  The gentleman was professional, polite and made no mess.  This was such a good experience that when I had a question on the house we were buying I called and asked them to take a look at my concern.  He came out at the scheduled time and explained everything to me.  The BIG thing was that they called two days later to make sure that the past owner had fixed the roof properly and asked if I had any other questions they could help me with.  That is customer service that is so hard to find these days.  THANKS KELLY!

Scheduled and arrived on time.  Work done efficiently and correctly.  Complete cleanup and took away old gutters for disposal.   Nick's contact and work is always professional and he stays on top of his team to ensure quality.

Nick came out to provide us with an estimate and scope of the project. He was great - knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. We had to push back the actual date of service due to rainy weather, but the work was done quickly and well. We have had heavy rain since and no issues at all. We plan to replace our entire roof in another couple of years and will definitely be open to using Kelly Roofing again.
