FANTASTIC!!! I cannot say enough about how AMAZING Debbie was to work with! She is so knowledgeable & passionate about her job, that it really took the stress out of the whole buying & selling experience. We thought that it would take at least months to find a house that we would be interested in bidding on, but Debbie really listened to what we were looking for in a new home, and found the perfect home for us in the perfect location in less than a week. She helped us navigate the inspections and negotiations, and even provided us with excellent recommendations for contractors to work on our new house. When it came time to sell our house, Debbie was with us every step of the way, and gave us lots of great advice on what to focus on to and sell/stage our house, and had our house pending sale in less than 12 hours! On the flip-side, the family member that referred us to Debbie took a lot longer to find their new home. Debbie showed them countless listings, and was so patient and helpful along the way that they were so eager to recommend her to us when we started to interview realtors for our new home search. We are so happy to have Debbie as our Realtor!

Great! She was the only person who showed enthusiasm on listing my house. Others were very negative about the location, the market, undo the uniqueness of the property. She worked with us for over six months to help us locate our home.  Since we were living out of town, she used e-mail to show us homes that fit our criteria and we then chose the houses we wanted to look at in person.  She was always patient and available and when we chose our home was very helpful in the negotiations and closing.  She was aggressive without being pushy and very pleasant and professional.
