Magnificently, Katy is extremely knowledgable, professional, and skilled in her art. She takes her time to answer your questions and thoroughly explains the appraisal process to you. If for some reason there is a delay in providing your appraisal by the day promised, Katy promptly notifies you and explains in detail what she is looking or waking for to compete your appraisal. I am such a satisfied customer, this is my second time visiting Katy. I had no idea how to select an appraiser, and KB Gem came highly recommended from a friend who has used their services many times.
