Very smooth. He gave me a competitive bid for the work, showed up when he said he would, did exactly what he said he would when he said he would do it. He uncovered an issue with the support under my garage (very clear after the old driveway was removed), and repaired it at no additional charge. I've used Kappler 3 times now, and he's always been excellent.
