Great! Jeff came out within days of my first contact. He took his time answering my questions and discerning what my preferences were. He drew up a proposal that he emailed me, and came out again to go over it on site. He was able to include and replant numerous perennials that we already had in the yard. We made a couple of changes in the plan and he put us on his schedule, pending weather issues. The work was done as scheduled and we are very pleased. (When I had follow-up questions about watering frequency he sent an email response the next day.)

Did well in the first year, but in second year allowed hillside to grow up during extended period of rainy weather and eventually declined to do the work, leaving me in the lurch with a big expense in clearing the overgrowth.

My mower had broken and I had contacted JPK to take over the care of my lawn for a few weeks.  They did an EXCELLENT job and were very courteous even though I am not a "regular" customer for this service.  I greatly appreciated their assistance.

Excellent as usual.  Jeff Koester, owner, was present and/or instructed crew on exactly what to do.  He changed schedule once at my request and once due to his concerns about the weather (didn't want to be half done when rains hit, as that could have caused a major mess since the project was to correct drainage down the side of a hill above our driveway.  At the end of the work, Jeff and crew cleaned up the dirt and mud in the driveway.  He always has time to answer my questions and is able to suggest solutions when I ask about trees, ground cover and other landscape options.  He communicates by text and email as needed before and during a project which is great!!  He responds promptly when I need to get in touch with him.  MLR

They are punctual and offer additional services upon request.  They did take it upon themselves to provide a fall cleanup that we didn't request, but besides that, they've been great!

JPK did an excellent job efficiently and economically.  They were also "on-call" for snow removal through the winter.  I will definitely use them again.

Every week the professional crew arrived on Wednesday AM.  The only problem I ever had was some ruts caused by turning quickly and the gate left open most of the time.
they helped me out during very difficult years.  Always responsive.

They began mowing our lawn when my husband because too ill to mow and continued for four years afterwards as he passed away in 2007. They were so helpful to me in a time of great stress and because the day I made the request.

I paid a lot of money but JPK's was excellent. They were only a handful of dollars off of their original estimate.

We spend $40 a week. They come in the snowing season and they also do a landscaping project for us. They mow the lawn and trims. They are very good and are local and responsive, and there are no negatives.

They are reliable and do a good job. I believe their prices are fair. I will continue to use them in the future.
