She goes above and beyond and gets on her hands and knees to make sure my bathroom tile is spotless. She always calls the night before to confirm and arrives promptly. My friends really notice when she has cleaned the house. It's been great!

She was punctual and friendly. She did a walk through and gave an estimate which was quite close to what she actually charged. I was not happy with the quality of her service. She swept the kitchen and living room hardwood floors but I found crumbs and dust in the corners and sides of the room. She mopped the floor well. She was not able to remove some soap scum stains in the bathroom which I had to do on my own later. She spent 2.5 hours cleaning 2 bedrooms which I felt was inefficient as the rooms were not vacuumed and I helped her with one of the rooms. Also, she asked my nanny to help with the. cleaning which I thought was unprofessional. Would not be hiring her again.

Joyce did a great job cleaning my apartment. Very easy to work with and everything looked great.

I'm very pleased. She is very thorough. She is a sweet lady. She cleans while I'm not here. I leave the key for her and she comes in and cleans while I'm at work and I felt perfectly comfortable doing that with her. I mean it's all good. She is very professional.

Joyce cleans our house every month since October 2012. She does an excellent job. She is very punctual, reliable, and very thorough. She is flexible to adjust to your specific requests and preferences. I love that she takes pride in her work; she is very motivated to deliver a great service. And on top of that, she is a really nice person!
I am so glad we found Joyce. In previous years, we had one of the (supposedly best) cleaning service companies come to our house. Many cleaners were not motivated (hoping for better jobs), not happy with the pay they got, and they repeatedly only stayed 2 hrs when I paid for 3.5. With Joyce, the quality of cleaning is much better, it's a better overall experience and she even charges less.

She is efficient and doesn't linger. She usually ends up spending four or five hours. I don't know how she does it. She is a workaholic. The price is excellent. She is punctual and professional.
