Joe primarily did every bit of design, obtaining inspections and approvals, and doing the labor himself. He communicated frequently with us with respect to decision making on dimensions, design, color, garage door, windows, siding, etc. He was very concise and easy to work with. The 2-car oversized garage did not get built in one week, it took him a couple months; perhaps because of other jobs, supply orders, weather, etc. but we are very pleased with the garage.

The owner is very knowledgeable, considerate and friendly. Unfortunately, the weather has been totally uncooperative, so the project is still going on. But I am very pleased with the quality of work to this point.
