My husband and I bought a house from the Jordan's that they had owned and rented out previously. Come to our surprise that they hid structural problems that ended up being clear to the eye about 1 1/2 years into owning our house. We ended up having to do major work and ended up spending $15,000 to fix our house. It was a surprise that our house didn't fall down. These problem were hidden so well that two inspectors didnt see them. The owners of this company are horrible people to do this to two young first buyers. We tried settling it with them out of court and they wouldn't help us and court cost were going to be too much for us to go that direction. If I were doing it again I would never NEVER had used this company to look for houses or buy a house from again.
