Description of Work: Two problems. The second is huge. 1. Moved into my house built in 84 in 1999. Used Jon-Le for 8 year for bi-annual maintenance...and was satisfied. Furnace died in 2007 so had Jon-le replace furnace, heat pump, air conditioner and humidifier. From the get-go the pvc drainage system was improperly installed and clogged up. Called for assistance. Repairman said I shoudl pour a water/bleach mixture through it monthly. Didn't offer to change the 90 degree angles that prevented the water from draining. I made the mistake of accepting his advice. After 6 years of repeated cloggin I called. Manager Mark was very considerate and offered to send out a techniin to reconfigure PVC drainiage if necessary. Two technicians arrived the next day and idd the work to change the drainage, replace a defective humidifier valve along with furnace service. One of the two techinicans came up and down the stairs repeatedly to adjust the high tech thermostat in the dining room. After they left we discovered that our iPod (replacement value with case and ear phones was $292 that had been on the dining room table had disappeared. Not wanting to make false accusations we spent three hours Friday evening searching every nook and cranny for it without success. On Saturday, February 23 we called Jon-Le. "Kim" said she would write everything down and pass the information along to a manager who would call back. it is now Monday evening and we received no call. I make this promise: If we "discover" the iPod somewhere in the house I will post another message retracting this complaint. At the moment two things are clear; 1) the iPod is missing and 2) Jon-Le management ignored our complaint call.

Judging from your comments, it appears that all issues related to the proper functioning of your HVAC system have been completely handled to your satisfaction. The outstanding grades you gave us on price, quality, responsiveness and punctuality seem to reflect the quality of work that we strive to provide every time a customer entrusts us to their family’s comfort. I would venture to guess that had the iPad issue not arisen, the overall complexion of your post would have been a lot more favorable. Please know that we take the reported loss of your personal property very seriously. That goes for not only JonLe as a company, but also for the technicians who served you; all of our personal reputations are at stake when we enter a customer’s home. That said, I was made aware of the issue on Saturday. Unfortunately, I was told that you would call back should the iPod not be found. Understanding that these kinds of situations typically end up with the lost item turning up in an unexpected place, I fully anticipated that this would be the result at your home as well. Admittedly, I should have called you on Monday to confirm the status of your search. I regret that I made an assumption that all was well. Please understand that this is not an issue we’ve faced before, nor have I ever had reason to question the honesty and integrity of our extremely professional technicians. I appreciate that you were sensitive to avoiding making false accusations. Meanwhile, I still hold out hope that the iPod will be discovered, and that our on-going relationship with you will return to normal. Just the same, I hope you will take my call so that we can discuss this further. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, and thanks once again for having given us the opportunity to serve you these many years.

Description of Work: Jonle services our two heating and a/c units. we have a yearly service contract with them. They clean and check equipment, do a very through job. They are respectful of our house, wear little boots and and trustworthy. The agreement is for twice a year. so they get us ready for winter and summer.

They price is per year and good.
Description of Work: We have a contract for regular heating and air conditioning maintenance with Jonle. They come out any time that we have a problem. They do maintenance on our furnace and air conditioning unit as well. The last time they came out was to check the air conditioning unit.
