They were very friendly, prompt and they did a pretty good job. The guy wasn't able to fix the dishwasher. I would use them again in the future.

They called me back right away and promptly showed up to my house to do the work. They ended up having to take the sink off the wall in order to repair the problem. I found their prices to be reasonable. I really like how they guarantee their work for a year, that's really important. Four week after they came to my house, the tub started leaking again. He came back to check it out and realized the drip was coming from the other faucet that he hadn't fixed. He didn't charge me for the work and apologized for not replacing it when he replaced the other one. I offered to give him $20 for his efforts but he refused. This plumbing company should go on the top of the list. I've dealt with other plumbers but they're the only ones that seem to stay consistent.

We had a variety of plumbing problems and wanted to resolve them all at one time. The toilets were fixed and new faucets were installed on powder room sink. Two traps were replaced. In addition, to all the repairs the service technician offered practical advice (a cup of vinegar poured down the drains once a month) on preventive techniques. They came when they said they would and overall was a good experience.

THEY WERE OUT FOR WORK A MONTH EARLIER TO FIX A FAUCET AND THE GUY SAID HE WOULD TURN ON THE PILOT LIGHT OF THE HOT WATER HEATER IN THAT SAME TRIP, BUT HE FORGOT. I CALLED AND COMPLAINED THAT THEY CHARGED ME SO MUCH FOR THIS TRIP, I LEFT A MESSAGE. A GUY CALLED ME BACK A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER AND WOULD NOT OFFER ANY RESOLUTION, HE WAS A BIT RUDE, AND HE DIDN'T SEEM TO WANT TO WORK WITH ME EVEN THOUGH I HAD THEM OUT 3 TIMES RECENTLY AND HAD PAID THEM ALMOST $800 FOR DIFFERENT WORK. AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM.

WE USED JBP TO INSTALL A NEW GROHE FAUCET AND RELOCATE A DISPOSER IN A FRESHLY INSTALLED WHITE CORIAN SINK. THOUGH THE QUOTE WAS HIGH WE ACCEPTED, NEEDING A FUNCTIONING KITCHEN QUICKLY UPON MOVING IN TO THE AREA FROM OUT OF TOWN. WE ASKED IF THEY WERE FAMILIAR WITH GROHE PRODUCTS, BUT THE TECH WHO ARRIVED SPENT THE FIRST HOUR POURING OVER THE INSTRUCTIONS. AFTER A COUPLE OF HOURS, HE REALIZED HE NEEDED A DIFFERENT DRAIN BASKET THAN THE ONE WE HAD AND ATTEMPTED TO LEAVE COMPLAINING THAT HIS DAY WAS OVER. HE FINALLY AGREED TO WAIT FOR US TO PURCHASE A DIFFERENT BASKET TO FINISH THE JOB. HE USED MESSY DARK PUTTY ON A WHITE SINK/DRAIN BASKET AND USED THE OLD BLACK GUARD INSTEAD OF THE NEW ONE WE PROVIDED. THE DRAINS IN THE BRAND NEW SINK LOOK HORRIBLE BUT FORTUNATELY DON'T LEAK. LATER WE FOUND A NOTE ON ANGIE'S LIST THAT THEY DON'T INSTALL CUSTOMER PARTS. THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE AGREED TO THIS JOB AND ONLY SENT A LETTER WHEN NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM. NO OFFER TO CLEAN UP.
