VERY BAD! I have used them on this job and a few other smaller ones, but after this experience I will never use again. He is a nice guy but does not do what he says. He agreed to have the work done in 7 days and it took over 3 weeks and he never completed the job. This was a major issue for me since my tenants were very upset. Once he got paid, we could not find him again. In fact, we agreed to a refund for part of the work that he did not complete. He did give the refund, but he shorted me $40 from what we agreed to. Unbelievable. By the way, the work he did do was done very poorly! Beware.
