Have been very satisfied with their service. Have used for furnace and a/c clean and tune ups. Also replaced an old air conditioning unit.

It was fine, they let me know they were coming. The price is good. They were good at emailing invoices and texts. They gave information about the technician that was going to come and that was great.

They were very professional, extremely courteous and were great to work with. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

Excellent work! Brandon was punctual, professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why, made some great suggestions regarding how to use system efficiently, and completed the work in a timely manner. I will most definitely use this company again. They installed my current furnace and air conditioner a few years ago and I have been very pleased with their professionalism, from scheduling through job completion. I highly recommend them.

Very impressed. We got a prompt appointment, and the technician was very courteous, professional and even arrived early. He explained everything to us and answered our questions. He also didn't track in and out of our house but used our side gate of his own accord. They are a local, small business. Will definitely call again.

JM Mechanical's owner, Josh, had provided a prior same day service call in February, when the furnace blower system failed in below freezing weather, where a quick response was needed. He was able to perform a temporary repair that day but advised a new system was really needed due to the age of equipment. He did find that the blower could be pulled for a mechanical machine tool repair but I decided the cost was not worth it for the old equipment involved. He installs new Tempstar equipment and selected the proper new units to replace the old furnace and air conditioning units. I checked these products and found them to be satisfactory. No charge was made for this initial service call.
 Josh and his crew installed the new furnace, air conditioning compressor and condensor coil, along with a new humidifier unit on March 10th, completing the job the same day. They worked quickly and efficiently in getting the job done. Josh and his staff were most professional in all my dealings with them relating to this work. The new equipment has operated well for the past 2 months since installation, with a chance to see how both furnace heating and air conditioning has functioned.
I have given JM Mechanical all excellent "A" ratings except the Price, which I would rate as good, a "B" rating. I feel all the equipment and installation was fairly priced, I just did not rate as "A" because I did not feel it was an exceptional price to me but was average and fair.

We've used their services several times, and we've always been satisfied. In this specific case, JM Mechanical was one of the few companies that responded quickly when we called, their technicians showed on time for the appointment, and the work was done well. We also appreciated that they didn't try to recommend or do unnecessary work.

Under our 1 year house warranty with purchase JM Mechanical, replace the coil in the heat pump.
Due to the nature of the house warranty, they first came out to find out what was the issue, once identified that the coil in the heat pump was leaking, we easily scheduled another appointment once the warranty company confirmed the work.
They fully communicated the appointment times and gave us a call ahead when the tech was on the way.
