He came on time and completed the work as promised. Hauled away old unit. I use Jim Tuke Heating & Cooling for my numerous rental properties and personal residence. He always beats everyone's price and does quality work.

He saw what the flame didn't start and said it was the controller. The furnace is 21 years old so it's not worth the cost to repair it.

Another company was diagnosing a refrigerant leak and part of the coil broke allowing most of the refrigerant to escape. They quoted me a price of over $1,800 to replace the coil, refrigerant and a sequencer that wasn't working. Called Jim Tuke H&C who promptly came over and thoroughly evaluated the work. Mr.Tuke was very knowledgeable and didn't rush to go to his next appointment. Mr. Tuke also provided a price that was considerably lower. I knew I wanted Jim Tuke H&C to do the repair.
Mr. Tuke arrived on time for the repair appointment and spent most of the day repairing my system. The work went well and Mr. Tuke said to give him a call in early July and he would come back, at no charge, to insure the system is calibrated properly. I will used Jim Tuke H&C for future HVAC needs and highly recommend him.
